This article analyzes issues related to improving the methodology of financial management of investments based on the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) approach. The study presents a comparative analysis of the national institutional foundations shaping the ESG ecosystem, an improved model integrating ESG with the ISO 37001 anti-bribery management system, and the financial advantages derived from the ESG ratings of Uzbek and major international companies. Furthermore, the article provides an in-depth examination of the existing problems and institutional constraints in implementing ESG principles into investment financial management practice, and develops scientific and practical recommendations for addressing them.

This article analyzes the significance and practical aspects of implementing ESG standards (Environmental, Social, and Governance) in the activities of insurance companies. It highlights the impact of ESG principles on investment processes, particularly in enhancing capital efficiency, improving risk management, and strengthening investor confidence. Based on the analysis of both domestic and international research, the article examines the mechanisms of ESG integration within the insurance sector and identifies key success factors as well as existing barriers. The paper provides practical recommendations for the effective implementation of ESG, including the development of internal policies, ensuring reporting transparency, and revising investment portfolios.
Global climate change, rising air temperatures, drying up of the Aral Sea, desertification, recurrence of negative meteorological processes, rational use of land and water resources, reduction of biodiversity, deterioration of the gene pool of flora and fauna, and the increase in large amounts of industrial and household waste indicate that regional environmental problems are deepening day by day. Ensuring environmental safety in the country, consistently solving emerging environmental problems and uniting all forces of society in ensuring economic development is a state policy.
This article analyzes the theoretical and practical aspects of implementing innovative models of corporate governance in joint-stock companies of Uzbekistan. The study examines issues related to revising corporate strategies, strengthening the role of independent supervisory boards, expanding stakeholder participation, developing a responsible governance model based on ESG principles, and directing corporate culture towards innovation. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of models aimed at increasing transparency, accountability, and responsibility in corporate governance.
