This article discusses the issue of limited ability to offer personalized services to clients in commercial banks of Uzbekistan due to insufficient analysis of their needs, financial status, and behavior. Banks offer standard services to clients, while personalized services are less widespread, which hinders customer attraction. The CRM system has not been fully implemented, and bank employees' skills in digital services are insufficient. The customer segmentation process is an effective tool for solving these problems and helps provide personalized services to clients. Segmentation helps banks improve services, increase competitiveness, and establish long-term relationships with clients.
This study examines customer service management regarding Uzbek gastronomy and the impact of service quality on customer satisfaction. Research was conducted through an online quantitative survey in Tashkent, Samarkand, and Bukhara. Data was obtained from patrons who had recently visited local restaurants. Important service parameters such as order fulfillment, pricing, and customer care were evaluated. Analyzing response patterns, clients value gaining accurate orders at competitive prices. Improvement recommendations catered to clearer menus, faster service, and increased staff attention. Clients have a reasonably high appreciation of traditional hospitality. However, clients tend to value systematized and professional service as well. Applying universal service theories to a particularistic rich culture setting contributes to hospitality scholarship. Alongside, ethnic restaurants’ managers aiming towards greater patron satisfaction while maintaining cultural integrity are provided with useful guidance
Modern mechanisms for financing projects in the banking sector are a complex and multifaceted process, playing an important role in implementing innovative and effective investments in various sectors of the economy. These mechanisms are aimed not only at allocating financial resources, but also at managing risks, ensuring project sustainability, and building trust between clients and investors. Banks are radically improving the process of financing projects by widely using digital technologies, advanced credit assessment systems, collateral mechanisms, cooperation platforms, and the principles of sustainable financing in their activities.
The object of the research is to identify the existing problems in the hotel business in Uzbekistan and the ways to address them. The study highlights the structure of the hotel business, its service quality, personnel, clients, etc. In addition, it discusses how these aspects affect tourism development and the economic situation in Uzbekistan. The thesis focuses on ways to increase the competitive capacity of the hotel business through the application of IT technologies, improved employee training, and greater cooperation between the private and public sectors. Having analysed both sides, this research proposes new ways to address the current problems in the hotel business in Uzbekistan
This article comprehensively analyzes the state of innovative activity of commercial banks of the Republic of Uzbekistan and highlights the problems and opportunities in the process of introducing modern banking services. The implementation of digital technologies, the use of innovative approaches in products and services were assessed based on foreign experience. Also, proposals and recommendations were developed aimed at increasing the competitiveness of commercial banks, improving the quality of services provided to clients, and transforming the entire banking system. The article serves as a scientific and practical basis for deepening innovative activity in the banking sector.
