This study thoroughly examined the process of women's adaption to digital revolution in Uzbekistan. The Gender Digital Gap Index was utilized to assess women's utilization of digital technologies in our country, their digital competencies, and the primary challenges encountered during the adaption to digital transformation. The study involved an in-depth examination of statistical data, comparative analysis, segmentation, and the experiences of foreign nations. The Gender Digital Gap Index methodology was examined, and the extent of women's utilization of information and communication technology was evaluated using the SPSS software. Consequently, evidence-based proposals and recommendations were formulated to expedite women's adaption to digital transformation, enhance their digital competencies, and mitigate the gender digital divide.
In the context of the digital economy, there is a growing need to assess the role and significance of metacognitive abilities in the formation of digital competencies within the educational process, as well as their impact on learning effectiveness. The development of components such as metacognitive planning, monitoring, and reflection has been shown to significantly enhance learners’ ability to use digital technologies in a conscious, critical, and effective manner. In particular, the implementation of metacognitive approaches ensures the sustainable development of digital competencies and strengthens independent learning skills. The necessity of integrating metacognitive approaches across all levels of education in order to prepare a workforce that meets the requirements of the digital economy is substantiated
This article provides a scientific and theoretical analysis of the relevance of developing teachers’ digital competencies in the modern education system, their significance for improving the quality of learning, as well as the new requirements for teachers’ activities in the context of digital transformation. In addition, the essence and structural components of the concept of “digital competence,” international experience, and ways to develop these competencies in the education system of Uzbekistan are analyzed. The research results show that the development of teachers’ digital competencies is an important factor in ensuring the effectiveness of the educational process.
The rapid advancement of innovative technologies is providing opportunities to organize the processes of training, retraining, and upskilling personnel with novel approaches. Artificial intelligence (AI), considered one of the most effective technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, is fundamentally transforming educational management practices. Particularly, such technologies enable personalized learning tailored to individual needs, offering solutions that meet learners’ requirements on an individual basis. This article analyzes the advanced experiences of foreign countries in continuously developing managerial competencies through adaptive, mass, and electronic education systems, including the use of AI technologies. The research findings highlight the need for digital transformation in the process of developing competencies of managerial personnel working in public service in the Republic of Uzbekistan. It discusses the integration of AI tools into this system, the potential for digital governance, and its economic efficiencies.
This article analyzes the theoretical foundations for improving corporate governance efficiency in the context of digital transformation. Various definitions of corporate governance provided by scholars are compared, highlighting its key dimensions such as financial relations, strategy and control, effective use of resources, sustainable development, and adaptation to the requirements of the digital economy. Furthermore, a Corporate Governance Efficiency Index (CGEI) is proposed as a reliable theoretical and practical tool for determining the degree of companies’ adaptation to the demands of the digital economy

In modern competitive conditions, managers are required to have the skills of strategic thinking, developing innovative solutions, and making quick decisions. Therefore, the effective use of AI and Data Science technologies opens up opportunities for making data-based management decisions, while Project Management methods serve to effectively organize projects and coordinate teamwork. The synergy of these areas is justified by the strategic importance of developing the professional competencies of managerial personnel in the digital economy.
Thisscientific article comprehensively analyzes the main factors affecting the employment of competent specialists in the labor market. The study examines the relationship between the requirements of the labor market in the modern economic environment, the efficiency of the higher education system, the level of professional and practical competencies, digital skills, employers' requirements for personnel and state employment policy. The Ministry of Employment and Labor Relations of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the State Statistics Committee, reports of international organizations (ILO, OECD, World Bank) and the results of a survey among 300 graduates of higher educational institutions. The article argues that, along with theoretical knowledge, practical training, flexibility, initiative and the ability to work with modern technologies are important factors in increasing the competitiveness of competent specialists. The relative weighting of the factors affecting employment was quantified using correlation and regression analysis. The article concludes with scientific and practical conclusions and proposals aimed at increasing the share of qualified personnel in the labor market, expanding the employability of graduates and strengthening the integration of education with practice
