FORECAST OF UZBEKISTAN’S E-COMMERCE MARKET DEVELOPMENT THROUGH 2035

This article develops a forward-looking outlook for Uzbekistan’s e-commerce market through 2035 and examines the main determinants of both growth speed and quality. It discusses key drivers such as the expansion of digital payments and e-government services, upgrades in logistics infrastructure, rising mobile internet penetration, the scaling of marketplace ecosystems, and the intensification of cross-border trade, alongside evolving regulation and consumer protection. The paper applies a scenario-based framework (baseline, accelerated, and inertial) to evaluate how macroeconomic conditions, competition dynamics in digital markets, and the adoption of data and AI technologies may reshape online retail. Special attention is paid to structural constraints, including consumer trust, cybersecurity risks, last-mile delivery performance, the digital divide, and capability gaps among SMEs. The findings aim to inform public policy design, business strategy, and academic research on Uzbekistan’s digital economy

ECONOMETRIC ANALYSIS OF THE IMPACT OF DIGITAL PARAMETERS ON SUPPLY CHAIN FINANCING IN LOGISTICS COMPANIES

The article examines the impact of digital ecosystems on supply chain finance of logistics companies using quarterly data sources from 10 continental European countries for the period 2018-2022 with a total of 200 economic indicators observations based on World Bank data. The results showed that digital parameters have a significant correlation effect on the return on investment (ROI), especially in logistics operations in European regions.

This article examines the financing trends of business models of innovative entrepreneurship subjects, particularly startup ecosystems, in the national economy and mechanisms for assessing related risks. The support framework for startup projects through traditional and alternative financial instruments (venture capital, crowdfunding) under current digital transformation has been systematically analyzed. The results show that the sustainability of innovative business models depends on the correct forecasting of their financial flows and strategies for minimizing specific risk factors. In conclusion, practical proposals have been developed to increase the financial sustainability of national startup projects and reduce risks in their business models

STRATEGIC DIRECTIONS FOR DEVELOPING A COMPETITIVE ENVIRONMENT IN REGIONAL CONSUMER GOODS MARKETS

The formation of an effective competitive environment in regional consumer goods markets is a key condition for sustainable economic growth, consumer welfare and innovation-driven development. This study discusses the fundamentals, structural variables and strategic mechanisms of economic modernization and market liberalization affecting the competitiveness of regional consumer goods markets. Using a combination of comparative analysis, econometric modeling and empirical research in selected regions, the study identifies key factors such as market concentration ratios, entry barriers, institutional support mechanisms and consumer demand dynamics that determine the intensity of competition. Empirical results show that regions with diversified production structures, high levels of small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) activity and strong institutional arrangements have higher market efficiency and consumer satisfaction. In addition, the study highlighted the importance of digital transformation, innovation ecosystems and public-private partnerships as strategic levers for building competitive advantages in the consumer goods sector

STRATEGY FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A CREATIVE ECONOMY IN UZBEKISTAN

In this work, the role and significance of the creative economy in modern socio-economic processes are analyzed. It substantiates the role of creative fields - such as art, design, advertising, information technologies - in diversifying the country's economy and creating new jobs. The author put forward innovative strategic approaches suitable for the conditions of Uzbekistan. In particular, measures such as the creation of creative clusters and hubs, the expansion of public-private partnerships, support for digital platforms and startup ecosystems, and the introduction of special educational programs for creative industries are recommended.
