This article is aimed at studying the introduction of the “Open banking” business model into the financial sector of Uzbekistan as one of the strategic mechanisms ensuring the digital transformation of the economy. The concept of “Open Banking” was studied with an emphasis on world practice and the experience of Great Britain, and the activities of banks operating in an open system were analyzed. The purpose of the article is to draw attention to the expected risks, along with demonstrating the economic opportunities of the “Open Banking” business model in the process of its gradual implementation.
In this article, theoretical and methodological aspects of the management of production potential at enterprises of the food industry are studied. During the study, a systematic analysis of the economic essence of the concept of production potential, its structural elements, factors of formation and development and the scientific views of foreign and domestic scientists on management mechanisms was carried out. Based on a comparative analysis of existing theoretical approaches to production potential, the definition of authorship was proposed and based on the fact that this category is a complex system consisting of material and technical, labor, financial, innovation, intellectual and digital components. It is based on the fact that the improvement of scientifically based mechanisms for assessing and managing production potential at enterprises of the food industry is an important condition for ensuring the safety of the country's food, expanding the production of import substitutes and increasing export potential. This article analyzes the development of the fisheries sector in the Republic of Uzbekistan, particularly in the Syrdarya region, using econometric methods. The study highlights the role of fish products in food security, public health, and economic diversification. The analysis is based on statistical data from 2010 to 2023 and evaluated using autocorrelation and the Durbin-Watson test. Forecast values for the next five years are developed, and practical conclusions are presented to further enhance the fisheries sector.

The article highlights the importance of effective cash flow management in ensuring the financial stability of joint-stock companies. In today's economic conditions, especially for enterprises with large production volumes, along with net profit, the proper organization of real cash flows is one of the main factors of financial security. The study examined the dynamics of cash flow indicators, their relationship with the level of debt, profitability, and solvency. In particular, the possibilities of a real assessment of the financial condition of a joint-stock company through the efficiency of net cash flow, profitability, and solvency coefficients are revealed. Based on the results of the article, conclusions and proposals were developed, aimed at improving the mechanisms of financial management for joint-stock companies.
