In this article, foreign experiments of the development of innovative-investment entrepreneurship and their possibilities of application in the conditions of the national economy are scientifically-theoretically covered. In the current process of globalization, the introduction of innovations and the effective management of investments have become an important factor in economic development. Foreign experience shows that in the development of innovative-investment entrepreneurship, financial mechanisms, the perfection of the legal base, the initiative of entrepreneurs and the high level of scientific potential occupy an important place. The implementation of these experiences in the national economy makes it possible to develop innovative infrastructure, form a venture capital market, stimulate the private sector and support the activities of startups. At the same time, it is necessary to adapt foreign experience to national conditions, effectively use existing resources and improve the national innovation system. This article will analyze foreign experiences and highlight the mechanisms of their implementation for the Uzbek economy, as well as provide theoretical and practical directions for the development of national innovative and investment entrepreneurship.

INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE OF CORPORATE CULTURE IN JOINT-STOCK COMPANIES

This article examines international experience in the formation and development of corporate culture in joint-stock companies. It analyzes the specific features of corporate values, management styles, employee motivation systems, internal communications, teamwork, and corporate social responsibility applied by companies in the United States, Japan, Germany, South Korea, and other developed countries. The study highlights the role of corporate culture in regulating relationships among shareholders, supervisory boards, executive bodies, and employees. Based on the experience of foreign companies, the article substantiates the impact of corporate culture on labor productivity, employee loyalty, innovative activity, investment attractiveness, and the overall performance of joint-stock companies. The study concludes by developing scientific and practical recommendations for adapting and introducing relevant elements of advanced international experience into the activities of joint-stock companies in Uzbekistan.

In developed countries, financial planning is carried out, first of all, in combination with market mechanisms, digital technologies and financial control systems. Efficient allocation and optimization of financial resources, the use of automated models for budgeting and forecasting, the implementation of modern risk management methods, compliance with international financial reporting standards, and ensuring financial transparency and accountability based on corporate governance principles are of great importance. At the same time, the experience of foreign enterprises shows the widespread use of innovative financing sources - venture capital, bonds, leasing and crowdfunding. This study examines the key directions of financial support mechanisms available to exporting enterprises engaged in foreign economic activities in the Republic of Uzbekistan. These mechanisms encompass the implementation of international standards and certification processes, the registration of national products and brands (trademarks) with foreign regulatory bodies, the establishment and maintenance of trade houses, financial assistance for leasing office, retail, and warehouse spaces abroad, participation in international exhibitions and trade fairs, and the promotion of local products and brands through digital marketing. Based on a comprehensive analysis of these support measures, the study formulates evidence-based proposals and recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of state interventions in facilitating export activities.
