In this article, the issues of effective development of the innovative potential of a manufacturing enterprise in the context of the digital economy are analyzed from a scientific-theoretical and practical point of view. In this article, foreign experiments of the development of innovative-investment entrepreneurship and their possibilities of application in the conditions of the national economy are scientifically-theoretically covered. In the current process of globalization, the introduction of innovations and the effective management of investments have become an important factor in economic development. Foreign experience shows that in the development of innovative-investment entrepreneurship, financial mechanisms, the perfection of the legal base, the initiative of entrepreneurs and the high level of scientific potential occupy an important place. The implementation of these experiences in the national economy makes it possible to develop innovative infrastructure, form a venture capital market, stimulate the private sector and support the activities of startups. At the same time, it is necessary to adapt foreign experience to national conditions, effectively use existing resources and improve the national innovation system. This article will analyze foreign experiences and highlight the mechanisms of their implementation for the Uzbek economy, as well as provide theoretical and practical directions for the development of national innovative and investment entrepreneurship.
In this study, the theoretical and methodological foundations of improving the mechanisms for increasing personnel potential in the service sector are deeply studied. In particular, the specific features of the service system, the need to form personnel with modern knowledge and skills, and the factors of effective use of labor resources are analyzed. In the course of the research, foreign experience was studied, and the possibilities of its application based on models adapted to national conditions were determined. Also, theoretical proposals are put forward for reforming the professional development system in the service sector, developing effective mechanisms based on criteria for assessing professional competence and innovative approaches. The research results have important scientific and practical significance in the development of human capital and the training of competitive personnel in the service sector.

Uzbekistan has immense potential for tourism development with its rich cultural heritage and strategic location on the Silk Road. However, financial constraints have hindered the sector’s full growth. This paper examines the impact of innovative financial instruments, including public-private partnerships (PPPs), green bonds, tourism investment funds, and crowdfunding platforms, on the development of Uzbekistan’s tourism industry. The study highlights the role of these instruments in fostering infrastructure development, increasing private sector participation, and enhancing sustainability.

In this work, issues of increasing the efficiency of the use of production resources at pharmaceutical industry enterprises are analyzed from a scientific-theoretical and practical point of view. The study highlights the role and importance of raw material and material resources, fixed assets, labor, financial, and intellectual resources in pharmaceutical production. Also, the current state and development dynamics of resource use in the pharmaceutical industry of Uzbekistan were assessed, and existing problems were identified. Recommendations have been developed for technological modernization aimed at increasing production efficiency, introducing digital management systems, applying the principles of GMP and "Lean manufacturing," expanding the local raw material base, and developing personnel potential. It is substantiated that the implementation of these proposals will serve to reduce production costs, improve product quality and safety, ensure competitiveness and sustainable development of enterprises.
This article examines modern principles of project management theory and their role in contemporary economic processes. In the context of globalization and increasing competition, effective project management has become a crucial tool for both the public and private sectors. The study emphasizes the importance of strategic planning, clearly defining project goals, and assessing potential risks in advance to ensure successful project implementation. The research analyzes the rational use of resources, the establishment of effective communication among project stakeholders, and the appropriate distribution of responsibilities within the project team. It is noted that team cohesion, coordinated actions, and the motivational role of the project leader are key factors that contribute to achieving project success. Special attention is given to the development of project management practices in the context of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The article highlights the processes of infrastructure modernization, implementation of innovative technologies, realization of governmental programs, and investment projects. This study assesses Uzbekistan’s innovation efficiency from 2020 to 2025 using Global Innovation Index (GII) data and compares it with global leaders (Switzerland, Sweden, USA), top overperformers (India, Vietnam, Morocco), and regional peers (Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan). Although Uzbekistan’s overall GII rank improved to 79th in 2025, its innovation outputs remain far below inputs, resulting in an average efficiency gap of 23 ranks. The three countries of India, Vietnam, and Morocco achieve better results than expected based on their input levels, but Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan produce outcomes that fall short of their potential. The main challenge for Uzbekistan is not investment levels but weak conversion of inputs into outputs, due to limited R&D commercialization, weak industry–research linkages, and low high-tech exports. The research suggests Uzbekistan should improve its national innovation system coordination through targeted foreign investment and venture financing for selected sectors to build an innovation-based economy
This study explores the position of gastronomic tourism as a strategic tourism development factor in Uzbekistan. It discusses the application of tourism industry resource potential, such as public catering services, and its impact on economic growth. The research indicates how an increase in cultural awareness and purchasing power of the population, coupled with a growing number of foreign tourists, has created favorable conditions for the development of gastronomic tourism. Utilizing qualitative and quantitative research like sociological surveys and economic analysis, the study concludes that food culture traditions, human capital, and new technology are key drivers of competitiveness in the tourism business. Restaurant businesses are increasingly inclined to be both service enterprises and cultural ambassadors, thereby enhancing the destination's reputation. The study concludes that with focused investment and innovative development, Uzbekistan can become one of the globe's leading gastronomic tourism centers along the Silk Road.
