This article examines the level of customer satisfaction with banking services and the improvement of its calculation. A high level of customer satisfaction with banking services makes it possible to establish long-term relationships with them and ensure the bank's sustainable development in the long term. In this regard, the issues of studying the level of satisfaction with banking services, a competent assessment of the results of such monitoring and their use to improve the quality of customer service and increase their satisfaction are of great importance for modern banks interested in business success.

This article examines the crucial role of qualitative economic growth in improving the living standards and general well-being of the country's population. As is known, the positive dynamics of gross domestic product over the years reflect only the quantitative growth of economic indicators. However, qualitative economic growth, in contrast to it, allows us to separately consider structural improvements in production, technological innovation, human capital development and social equality. The study shows how sustainable and inclusive forms of growth contribute to poverty reduction, social stability and long-term national well-being. The article analyzes the theoretical foundations and practical examples of economies at different levels, revealing that the quality of economic expansion is a decisive factor in ensuring a fair distribution of wealth and increasing the level of life satisfaction of the population

This article analyzes the impact of digital technologies on improving the efficiency and quality of educational services in higher education. The study aims to identify the main areas and mechanisms for using digital tools in the educational and management activities of higher education institutions. The methodological framework utilizes systems and process approaches, as well as comparative and substantive analysis of normative and empirical data. It is demonstrated that the implementation of digital solutions (online platforms, distance learning systems, and data analysis tools) contributes to the improvement of educational processes, individualization of learning, and increased student satisfaction. Directions for improving the efficiency of educational services through digital transformation are proposed
