This article analyzes the impact and significance of the supply chain in the economy of Uzbekistan. In particular, it examines the role of the logistics system in the national economy, its development trends, as well as existing problems and their solutions. An assessment of the current state of the supply chain infrastructure, government support measures, and recommendations for the development of international logistics networks are provided. According to the research results, to increase the efficiency of the supply chain in Uzbekistan, it is necessary to use digital technologies, improve transport infrastructure, and expand regional cooperation.
This article examines the role of Big Data in public procurement processes and its significance for economic efficiency and anti-corruption measures. The study discusses the current state of electronic trading platforms introduced in Uzbekistan under the “Public Procurement” law, focusing on detecting deviations from market-based pricing and identifying “preferred supplier” practices at early stages. It shows how Big Data techniques enable real-time analysis of suppliers’ data, including the application of AI-based “red flag” alerts to prevent dumping or corrupt agreements. The findings indicate that Big Data methods can reduce the price differential, strengthen competition, and improve the effective utilization of budget funds in the public procurement system.
The article analyzes the theoretical foundations of implementing “green standards” in the hospitality industry, examines international practices, and explores the prospects for their application in Uzbekistan. The study focuses on key areas such as environmental sustainability, efficient resource use, and energy efficiency in hotel operations. Based on international experience (Japan, Sweden, South Africa, Denmark, and Singapore), the research identifies successful models of “green hotels” and develops scientifically grounded recommendations for their integration into the national framework. The paper also proposes practical measures for improving Uzbekistan’s environmental standards, aligning the national standard “Hospitality Industry Criteria” with international requirements, and introducing a “green hotel model” based on national design concepts
This article analyzes the state of investment-construction processes in Samarkand region, existing problems and ways to solve them. Based on the measures taken in the region for urbanization, modernization of infrastructure and expansion of industrial zones, priority areas for improving the investment climate are identified. Also, based on foreign experience, the possibilities of introducing modern construction management mechanisms, strengthening public-private partnerships and increasing efficiency through the widespread use of digital technologies are substantiated.

This article analyzes the experience of the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) in financing small business entities through commercial banks. Based on SBA practices such as credit guarantees, interest rate regulation, business development centers, and digital infrastructure, strategic recommendations tailored to Uzbekistan’s context are proposed. These include strengthening credit guarantee systems, launching a digital guarantee portal, establishing advisory centers, regulating interest rates, and improving monitoring systems. The proposed measures aim to enhance the efficiency of small business financing mechanisms in Uzbekistan.

In conclusion, key areas for improving the tax audit system are highlighted, such as digitalization, improving the qualifications of tax inspectors, and creating a more transparent system of interaction with taxpayers. The article provides recommendations for optimizing tax audits in order to increase their efficiency and the sustainability of the budget system.
