This article presents the scientific and theoretical aspects of enhancing the accessibility of banking services in the process of bank transformation through the development of digital technologies, as well as the transition of banks from traditional to digital service formats. In the analytical section, the activities of existing digital banks, mobile applications, and payment systems in our country are examined and analyzed, along with the advantages and disadvantages of traditional and digital banking. In the conclusion, proposals and recommendations were developed regarding the advancement of digital technologies in the process of bank transformation.
This scientific article presents an empirical analysis of the digital transformation of consumer behavior in the tourism market of Kashkadarya region. The study examines the level of tourists’ use of digital platforms, social networks, mobile applications, and online booking systems. It also identifies the impact of digital technologies on the processes of selecting, evaluating, and purchasing tourism services. The results of the empirical analysis indicate changing consumer needs in the regional tourism market and the growing importance of digital marketing tools. The findings of the study can serve as a basis for improving tourism services and developing effective digital strategies in the Kashkadarya region
Today, the acceleration of digitalization processes in agriculture is increasing the need to provide representatives of the industry, in particular farmers, with modern knowledge and skills. Therefore, expanding digitalization in farms, improving farmers' knowledge and skills in digital platforms is considered one of the promising areas of agricultural development. This article analyzes the acceleration of digitalization processes in farms, modern digital platforms used in training farmers, innovative approaches and their practical effectiveness. During the study, the importance of online educational platforms, mobile applications, video lessons, webinars, smart agroplatforms and IoT technologies in the activities of farmers was studied. The analysis showed that digital platforms allow farmers to quickly and conveniently obtain information about drip irrigation, fertilization systems, disease and pest control, intensive gardening and water-saving technologies. The article also highlights the opportunities for farmers to plan agrotechnical activities, increase productivity and use resources efficiently using digital platforms. It is noted that using IoT sensors and smart monitoring systems, soil moisture, air temperature and plant condition can be monitored remotely, which helps reduce crop losses. It is also noted that agro-platforms based on artificial intelligence help farmers make quick and accurate decisions
The article investigates the objective necessities and prospects of introducing and developing Islamic insurance the takaful system in the financial market of Uzbekistan. It analyzes instances where the population and business entities abstain from traditional insurance due to religious beliefs, highlighting the economic and legal advantages of the takaful model. Furthermore, within the context of digital transformation, the role of mobile applications and FinTech solutions in shaping the takaful market and enhancing public awareness is substantiated on the basis of scientific hypotheses.
This article discusses the issues of improving the audit of intangible assets (IA) using the example of Asakabank JSCB operating in the banking system of Uzbekistan. The study analyzed software, internet banking platforms, mobile applications, brand value and other intellectual property objects recorded in the bank's balance sheet in accordance with the requirements of IFRS 38 "Intangible Assets" and IFRS 3 "Business Combinations". The main problems encountered in the process of auditing IIA at Asakabank - subjectivity in valuation, insufficient completeness of the legal documents base, discrepancies in depreciation policies - were identified, and proposals and recommendations based on advanced international practices were developed to eliminate them. In particular, measures such as standardizing the valuation methodology, integrating digital technologies into the audit process, improving the skills of auditors and strengthening intellectual property rights were proposed. The results of the study will serve to increase the transparency of the audit of intangible assets at Asakabank JSCB and ensure the reliability of financial statements.

The article analyses the dynamics of service structure, regional indicators and digitalisation efficiency in JSC “Uzbekiston Pochtasi” and its territorial branches for 2020–2025. The study relies on the statistical tables, regional comparisons and integral efficiency indicators presented. The findings show that periodicals and written correspondence still occupy an important position in the service portfolio, but their long-term growth potential is limited. The sharp decline in electronic money transfers indicates the need to reconsider the value proposition of postal financial services under competition from fintech and mobile banking applications. By contrast, positive changes in parcel flows, delivery speed, customer satisfaction and the share of digital orders confirm the feasibility of gradually shifting the postal system towards an e-commerce logistics and digital platform model. The article develops practical recommendations on regional clustering, minimum digital standards, KPI/SLA monitoring, and stronger integration of logistics and financial services

Today, tourism is one of the most important sectors contributing to the development of cultural, economic, and social relations between countries. In providing services to tourists, accurate and meaningful translation of information into different languages is of great importance. The article discusses the main principles of translation theory, including the concepts of equivalence, adequacy, and pragmatic adaptation. It also examines the specific features of translating guide texts, advertising materials, brochures, websites, and mobile applications. Particular emphasis is placed on the need to accurately convey national culture, traditions, and historical heritage in the translation of tourism-related texts. The results of the study show that the practical application of translation theory plays a significant role in creating a convenient information environment for tourists, increasing the flow of international visitors, and shaping a positive tourism image of a country
