The article scientifically analyzes the multiplicative effect of ecotourism development in the process of diversification of tourist services, based on the fact that the multiplicative effect of ecotourism can be applied as one of the priority areas of diversification of tourist services.
The direct impact of the sports tourism sector on the national tourism economy is expressed in its contribution to the revenue part of budgets of various levels through taxes, as well as the formation of tourism services in the gross domestic product, while its direct impact on the social sphere is expressed in the income of the population in the sector, the state of labor resources, the level of unemployment and the number of new jobs. The paper substantiates theoretical and methodological approaches to shaping the economic mechanism for developing construction services as an independent segment of the service economy. Relying on systemic and institutional perspectives, it clarifies the mechanism’s essence and structure, identifies its key functional blocks and instruments, and explains the multiplier role of construction services in regional development. Uzbekistan’s regulatory framework aimed at accelerating real-sector growth and modernizing infrastructure is treated as a critical institutional foundation of the mechanism. The study proposes methodological provisions for assessing the mechanism’s effectiveness, providing a basis for further empirical research.
The article analyzes the economic significance and effectiveness of the use of external debt in financing infrastructure projects in Uzbekistan. The study examined the role of external debt resources in the development of energy, transport, utilities and water management infrastructure. It also analyzed the multiplier effect of infrastructure investments on economic growth, institutional problems in financing investment projects and opportunities for the effective use of external debt. The results of the study showed that improving investment assessment mechanisms, expanding public-private partnerships and effective management of the external debt portfolio are of great importance in financing infrastructure projects. These approaches will serve to increase the efficiency of the use of external debt and the sustainable development of the country's infrastructure
