In the context of the dynamically developing economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the importance of a strategic approach to social partnership is becoming especially relevant. The formation of strategic directions of social partnership in tax policy requires in-depth analysis and understanding of current problems, challenges and opportunities. In this article, we will consider the main aspects of the formation of strategic directions for its improvement in the context of Uzbekistan's tax policy.

Public-private partnership (PPP) mechanisms are considered an effective tool for developing local infrastructure, attracting investments and improving the quality of services. This article assesses the state of application of the PPP system in the Kashkadarya region, analyzes existing projects and assesses their economic and social effectiveness. The study used a systematic approach based on documentary sources, official statistics, international experience and opinions of local experts. The results showed that PPPs play a significant role in the region's infrastructure sectors, in particular, healthcare, education and energy. At the same time, areas for improvement were developed based on an analysis of existing institutional barriers and investment risks

This article analyzes the state of investment-construction processes in Samarkand region, existing problems and ways to solve them. Based on the measures taken in the region for urbanization, modernization of infrastructure and expansion of industrial zones, priority areas for improving the investment climate are identified. This article analyzes the possibilities of tourism development in Uzbekistan through investment and modernization of railway, bus and passenger infrastructure. The article analyzes reforms in the conditions of Uzbekistan based on the transport policy of European countries. Liberalization and privatization of transport infrastructure are aimed at increasing the flow of tourists and improving economic efficiency. This study shows the dynamics of investment, passenger flow and market share in the railway and bus transport sector. Recommendations are developed to improve the quality of transport services through economic efficiency, public-private partnership and innovation.
The prospects of economic cooperation between the countries of Central Asia, including Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan, in the expansion of cooperation in the areas of Commodity Exchange, joint ventures, volume of cargo transportation, large-scale cooperative settlements, tourism, industry, energy and agriculture, points have been made to ensure the mutual integration of accounting and financial statements between the countries. Also, in the Coordination of accounting and financial statements in our country with international standards, practical work on ensuring the implementation of the tasks set out in the decision of PQ-4611 "on additional measures for the transition to international standards of financial reporting", scientific conclusions on interrelated and different aspects of the accounting system are formed between Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan.
This article analyzes the characteristics and development prospects of entrepreneurial activity in the healthcare system of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Based on the current regulatory and legal framework, including the Law “On Healthcare” (1996), the Law “On Public-Private Partnership” (2019), the “New Uzbekistan Development Strategy” (2022–2026), as well as presidential decrees, the priority directions for improving the entrepreneurial sector are outlined. The study highlights the main challenges hindering the growth of private healthcare, such as bureaucratic procedures, a shortage of qualified personnel, and limited financial resources. It emphasizes the necessity of integrating entrepreneurial entities into the system of mandatory health insurance, supporting new initiatives in the regions, and introducing innovative technologies. In conclusion, it is argued that the synergy between state policy and private initiative plays a crucial role in ensuring the stability and competitiveness of the healthcare system.

The article examines the key marketing barriers hindering the implementation of green technologies in developing economies. Factors related to consumer perception, pricing, information asymmetry, and institutional constraints are analyzed. Statistical data and practical recommendations for overcoming the identified barriers are presented. The article also examines limitations from manufacturers and intermediaries, including a lack of marketing strategies, problems with promoting green products, and weak distribution infrastructure. Based on the analysis, recommendations were proposed for overcoming marketing barriers like increasing consumer awareness, stimulating demand through financial and tax mechanisms, developing partnership networks and green technology branding strategies

In this article, the theoretical and methodological foundations of managing the diversification of types of tourism are analyzed in a comprehensive way. The study scientifically substantiates the economic content of the concept of diversification, its role and strategic importance in the tourism system. The need to manage tourism based on the principles of systematic, strategic and sustainable development is emphasized. During the study, a conceptual model for managing the diversification of tourism types was proposed, which includes the stages of assessing resource potential, market segmentation, the formation of a tourism product portfolio, the improvement of institutional mechanisms and the implementation of a monitoring system. This article analyzes the economic efficiency and organizational mechanisms of economic entities in developed countries. The results of the study show that the possibilities of creating a favorable financial environment for economic entities by studying foreign experiences and adapting them to the economy of our country were considered.
