Today, in the context of the formation of the digital educational ecosystem, one of the urgent scientific tasks is the development of innovative diagnostic mechanisms that ensure a reliable and objective assessment of the professional activities of educators. This article theoretically and practically substantiates the multimodal diagnostic model for assessing the professional activities of educators. During the study, evaluation criteria and indicators were developed based on the integration of competency-based, systemic, activity-based, and digital pedagogical approaches. The opportunities for comprehensive monitoring of teachers' professional development based on artificial intelligence technologies, electronic portfolios, learning management systems (LMS), video lesson analysis, and digital traces of activity were also highlighted. The “MuhandislikWeb” information system and the "Engineers' Accounting" module developed by the author allow for the automation of the assessment process and an increase in the reliability of diagnostic results.
This article provides a scientific and theoretical analysis of the relevance of developing teachers’ digital competencies in the modern education system, their significance for improving the quality of learning, as well as the new requirements for teachers’ activities in the context of digital transformation. In addition, the essence and structural components of the concept of “digital competence,” international experience, and ways to develop these competencies in the education system of Uzbekistan are analyzed. The research results show that the development of teachers’ digital competencies is an important factor in ensuring the effectiveness of the educational process.
This scientific research explores the integration of modern digital technologies into the educational process, focusing on the effective use of educational technologies (EduTech) in classroom activities and their impact on the content and quality of education. It also discusses the prospects of digital transformation in education based on modern pedagogical software, authoring tools, learning management systems (LMS), artificial intelligence technologies, and other innovative approaches. Furthermore, the study presents proposals and recommendations on developing interactive educational resources, multimedia tools, and digital resources with the assistance of artificial intelligence, drawing on advanced international practices and an analysis of interactive platforms related to education for teaching personnel.
