INCREASING LABOR MARKET STABILITY THROUGH DIGITALIZATION OF WAGES AND TAXES

This article examines the role of payroll and tax digitalization in enhancing the stability of the labor market. The relevance of the topic is justified within the context of global digital transformation and the growing need for transparency and formalization in labor relations. Through a comparative approach, the paper analyzes international experiences from countries such as Estonia, Germany, the United States, and India, contrasting them with recent reforms in Uzbekistan. Using correlation and regression analysis, the study explores the relationships between digitalization indicators and labor market metrics, such as formal employment, tax revenue growth, and the reduction of the informal economy. The results show that digital tools significantly contribute to labor market resilience and institutional integrity. The article concludes with practical recommendations for strengthening digital infrastructure and legal frameworks to ensure sustainable economic and social outcomes.

ASSESSMENT OF THE ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY OF DIGITALIZATION PROCESSES IN POSTAL COMMUNICATION ENTERPRISES OF UZBEKISTAN EVIDENCE FROM “UZBEKISTON POCHTASI” JSC

The article analyses the dynamics of service structure, regional indicators and digitalisation efficiency in JSC “Uzbekiston Pochtasi” and its territorial branches for 2020–2025. The study relies on the statistical tables, regional comparisons and integral efficiency indicators presented. The findings show that periodicals and written correspondence still occupy an important position in the service portfolio, but their long-term growth potential is limited. The sharp decline in electronic money transfers indicates the need to reconsider the value proposition of postal financial services under competition from fintech and mobile banking applications. By contrast, positive changes in parcel flows, delivery speed, customer satisfaction and the share of digital orders confirm the feasibility of gradually shifting the postal system towards an e-commerce logistics and digital platform model. The article develops practical recommendations on regional clustering, minimum digital standards, KPI/SLA monitoring, and stronger integration of logistics and financial services

ECONOMIC IMPACT OF DIGITALIZATION ON HOUSEHOLD FINANCES IN UZBEKISTAN

This research explores the relationship between digitalization and its economic impact on household finances in Uzbekistan. The study's objective is to determine how technological advancements, particularly in ICT (Information and Communication Technology), influence financial behavior and market dynamics within Uzbekistan households. The research employs a quantitative approach, using a Tobit regression model to analyze data collected from various national databases, including Uzstat and the Global Innovation Index. The study focuses on variables such as the ICT index, government readiness for ICT integration, and the rate of automation, represented by the number of robots per 10,000 workers. Data was collected over a span of ten years, from 2011 to 2021, and analyzed to identify significant correlations between these variables and household savings rates. The findings suggest a positive correlation between the ICT index and labor market indices, indicating that as digitalization advances, the labor market and household incomes experience growth.

This study investigates how Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), particularly in the digital sector, impacts environmental sustainability in Uzbekistan. FDI supports economic growth but can increase CO₂ emissions, posing environmental challenges. Through econometric analysis, the research reveals a moderate positive correlation between FDI inflows and CO₂ emissions, indicating that rising FDI may elevate emissions. This dual effect challenges Uzbekistan to balance economic development with environmental protection. Policymakers are urged to adopt robust environmental policies while encouraging sustainable FDI. The study offers insights and recommendations for aligning digital FDI with Uzbekistan's environmental and social objectives.
