This article analyzes the management directions of training competitive specialists based on the integration of higher education and the labor market. The study highlights the importance of aligning the content of education with modern labor market requirements and strengthening effective cooperation between higher education institutions and industrial enterprises. The key competencies of competitive specialists-professional qualifications, innovative thinking, effective use of information technologies, and foreign language proficiency are identified. This article is dedicated to analyzing the public procurement system conducted by budget organizations in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Public procurement serves as an essential tool for the effective management of the nation’s financial resources, particularly in ensuring prudent spending of state funds and enhancing transparency. This article provides a detailed analysis of the economic efficiency and savings achieved through electronic auctions in public procurement during 2022–2024. It also examines advanced practices in public procurement digitalization employed by countries like South Korea, the United States, and the European Union, considering the possibilities for their application in Uzbekistan. The research highlights the economic efficiency of conducting competitive, cost-effective, and transparent public procurements through electronic auctions.

In this study, the theoretical and methodological foundations of improving the mechanisms for increasing personnel potential in the service sector are deeply studied. In particular, the specific features of the service system, the need to form personnel with modern knowledge and skills, and the factors of effective use of labor resources are analyzed. In the course of the research, foreign experience was studied, and the possibilities of its application based on models adapted to national conditions were determined. Also, theoretical proposals are put forward for reforming the professional development system in the service sector, developing effective mechanisms based on criteria for assessing professional competence and innovative approaches. The research results have important scientific and practical significance in the development of human capital and the training of competitive personnel in the service sector.
The article systematically analyzes the socio-economic significance of the textile industry of Uzbekistan and modern trends in its development. The role of this industry in the formation of the gross domestic product, its impact on the level of employment, stimulation of regional economic activity, contribution to the formation of the foreign trade balance are considered. The prospects for the development of the industry in such areas as technological modernization, digitalization, adaptation to environmental standards and integration into the international market are analyzed. Based on theoretical approaches and modern statistical data, the article substantiates the transformation potential of the textile industry and provides practical recommendations for its further improvement.
This article analyzes the characteristics and development prospects of entrepreneurial activity in the healthcare system of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Based on the current regulatory and legal framework, including the Law “On Healthcare” (1996), the Law “On Public-Private Partnership” (2019), the “New Uzbekistan Development Strategy” (2022–2026), as well as presidential decrees, the priority directions for improving the entrepreneurial sector are outlined. The study highlights the main challenges hindering the growth of private healthcare, such as bureaucratic procedures, a shortage of qualified personnel, and limited financial resources. It emphasizes the necessity of integrating entrepreneurial entities into the system of mandatory health insurance, supporting new initiatives in the regions, and introducing innovative technologies. In conclusion, it is argued that the synergy between state policy and private initiative plays a crucial role in ensuring the stability and competitiveness of the healthcare system.

This article analyzes the current state of educational tourism infrastructure in Uzbekistan and highlights development opportunities and existing problems in this area. The article analyzes statistics of foreign students, international rankings of higher education institutions and infrastructure capabilities, and identifies development areas necessary to increase the attractiveness of Uzbekistan as a center for educational tourism. The article offers proposals for adapting to international education standards, improving quality and expanding infrastructure, including dormitories and digital educational platforms. The article also provides recommendations for increasing the competitiveness of Uzbekistan in the global educational tourism market through strategic investments, support for regional infrastructure and marketing activities.
The article analyzes the current state of Uzbekistan’s tourism services market and its role in the national economy. The study examines the sector’s growth trends, infrastructure development, digital transformation processes, and the contribution of services to economic efficiency. The findings indicate that in the post-pandemic period, Uzbekistan’s tourism industry has entered a stable growth phase and become one of the most competitive sectors of the economy. In this article, the theoretical and methodological foundations of managing the diversification of types of tourism are analyzed in a comprehensive way. The study scientifically substantiates the economic content of the concept of diversification, its role and strategic importance in the tourism system. The need to manage tourism based on the principles of systematic, strategic and sustainable development is emphasized.
