This article provides an in-depth analysis of the state of use of natural tourist resources in the Samarkand region and strategies for their effective development. The possibilities of developing ecotourism, health tourism and adventure tourism based on the existing ecological, geological, hydrological and landscape resources in the region are considered. Also, proposals are put forward based on strategic approaches developed on the basis of digital technologies, ecological balance and the principles of sustainable tourism. As a result of the analysis, it is necessary to create an econometric model necessary for predicting the tourist potential of the region and use the model to predict all indicators in the tourism sector of the region.
This article discusses the implementation of large-scale reforms in Uzbekistan to ensure the economic stability of the regions and the innovative economic development of the processing industry in the regions. Foreign experience in improving the innovative economic development of the processing industry in the region and the possibilities of its application in the region are analyzed. It also highlights the ways and prospects for the development of interregional subclustering mechanisms in the agro-industry in the region, factors, opportunities, organizational and economic mechanisms for increasing their efficiency, and the need to study what factors and to what extent they affect the oil and gas sector, mining and metallurgical industry and agro-industry in this region in order to determine and calculate the innovative economic efficiency of the region, and these factors can be grouped in different ways, and the dependence of the effectiveness of which of these factors is being determined
This article systematically analyzes the factors affecting the development of small business and entrepreneurship in the Kashkadarya region. The purpose of the study is to determine the role of the small business sector in economic growth in the region, its contribution to industry, agriculture, construction, services and foreign trade indicators. Statistical analysis, comparative and trend analysis, as well as a review of scientific literature and complex processing of practical data were used as research methodologies. The results showed that small business plays an important role in the stability of the regional economy, but there is a need to further strengthen the investment environment, infrastructure and innovative development factors. At the end of the article, scientifically based conclusions and practical proposals were developed to support small business and entrepreneurship in the Kashkadarya region.
Public-private partnership (PPP) mechanisms are considered an effective tool for developing local infrastructure, attracting investments and improving the quality of services. This article assesses the state of application of the PPP system in the Kashkadarya region, analyzes existing projects and assesses their economic and social effectiveness. The study used a systematic approach based on documentary sources, official statistics, international experience and opinions of local experts. The results showed that PPPs play a significant role in the region's infrastructure sectors, in particular, healthcare, education and energy. At the same time, areas for improvement were developed based on an analysis of existing institutional barriers and investment risks

This scientific article presents an empirical analysis of the digital transformation of consumer behavior in the tourism market of Kashkadarya region. The study examines the level of tourists’ use of digital platforms, social networks, mobile applications, and online booking systems. It also identifies the impact of digital technologies on the processes of selecting, evaluating, and purchasing tourism services. The results of the empirical analysis indicate changing consumer needs in the regional tourism market and the growing importance of digital marketing tools. The findings of the study can serve as a basis for improving tourism services and developing effective digital strategies in the Kashkadarya region

This article analyzes the development of the fisheries sector in the Republic of Uzbekistan, particularly in the Syrdarya region, using econometric methods. The study highlights the role of fish products in food security, public health, and economic diversification. The analysis is based on statistical data from 2010 to 2023 and evaluated using autocorrelation and the Durbin-Watson test. Forecast values for the next five years are developed, and practical conclusions are presented to further enhance the fisheries sector.
In this article, the system of certification and accreditation of tour guides in all regions of the country in the training of guide-excursionists for the use of the tourism potential of the Navoi region, as well as the increase in demand for quality excursion services and their effectiveness due to the rapid development of domestic tourism in Uzbekistan, were studied. The reforms being carried out in Uzbekistan and the prospects for development in this area were also highlighted.
This article analyzes the state of investment-construction processes in Samarkand region, existing problems and ways to solve them. Based on the measures taken in the region for urbanization, modernization of infrastructure and expansion of industrial zones, priority areas for improving the investment climate are identified. Also, based on foreign experience, the possibilities of introducing modern construction management mechanisms, strengthening public-private partnerships and increasing efficiency through the widespread use of digital technologies are substantiated.
This article presents a modern analysis of land resource use in the activities of dehkan (smallholder) farms in the Kashkadarya region. Based on an assessment of natural-geographical conditions, climatic factors, land quality, access to water resources, and the state of agrotechnical services, the study examines how local smallholder farms interact with and manage their land. The research evaluates soil cultivation practices, crop structure, technological provision, government support, and environmental sustainability factors. As a result of the analysis, existing problems and future opportunities were identified, and recommendations were developed to enhance the efficient use of land resources in dehkan farms
This article analyzes the development trends of communication and informatization services for the population in the Kashkadarya region and develops multifactor empirical models for forecasting these services. Based on regional statistical data, the key influencing factors are identified, and their impact on service volume is assessed using econometric methods. The study employs regression analysis, time series analysis, and modern econometric approaches in model construction. The obtained results allow forecasting the future dynamics of communication and informatization services and provide practical recommendations for sector development. The findings are significant for enhancing regional economic growth, improving digital infrastructure, and ensuring effective management of the service market

This article presents classification indicators for assessing the investment attractiveness of regions. Based on these indicators, the districts (cities) of the Kashkadarya region are grouped according to their level of investment potential and investment risk. Additionally, an integral value reflecting the investment attractiveness of the territories has been calculated.
In recent years, agricultural production has become increasingly challenging due to climate change, land degradation, and environmental pollution. The application of sustainable agricultural practices is viewed as a viable solution to these issues. Calculating the sustainability index of agricultural producers can serve as a useful tool in identifying appropriate solutions. This study develops and applies a methodology for the quantitative assessment of the Sustainable Agriculture Practices (SAP) Index, based on survey data collected from 300 wheat-producing farm enterprises in the Samarkand region. The findings indicate that the average sustainability index among the surveyed farms is 0.34, suggesting that the production practices employed by these farms are characterized by a low level of sustainability.
The article highlights the essence, characteristics and advantages of inclusive entrepreneurship, its role in state socio-economic policy, and defines the concept of "inclusive entrepreneurship". The possibilities of an inclusive approach to entrepreneurial activity are revealed. The work carried out in the country, in particular in the Khorezm region, to support inclusive entrepreneurship is analyzed. Proposals for their development based on the principles of equality are put forward.
The paper analyzes the current state of the service sector in Uzbekistan, its role in the economy and development trends. The main focus is on the structure of the industry, the level of development by region, the impact of digital technologies and support measures provided by the state. It also highlights local features, problems and solutions specific to the service sector. Based on the research results, proposals and recommendations were developed for the further development of the industry.
This study evaluates the nonlinear relationship between living standards and economic growth in the Qashqadaryo region during 2010–2024 using the ANFIS (Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System) model. Based on semi-synthetic data close to real statistics, key indicators include income index, infrastructure, and digital infrastructure. The ANFIS model demonstrated high accuracy (R² = 0.977), revealing a strong synergy between income and digitalization, with 3D surface analysis highlighting digital infrastructure as a key growth driver. The results provide practical guidance for regional development strategies

The system of budgetary and tax policy measures to increase local budget revenues, tax collection mechanisms, the ability of regions to pay taxes, and the relationships that occur in the process of increasing and collecting taxes are highlighted based on foreign experience.
