In this article, foreign experiments of the development of innovative-investment entrepreneurship and their possibilities of application in the conditions of the national economy are scientifically-theoretically covered. In the current process of globalization, the introduction of innovations and the effective management of investments have become an important factor in economic development. Foreign experience shows that in the development of innovative-investment entrepreneurship, financial mechanisms, the perfection of the legal base, the initiative of entrepreneurs and the high level of scientific potential occupy an important place. The implementation of these experiences in the national economy makes it possible to develop innovative infrastructure, form a venture capital market, stimulate the private sector and support the activities of startups. At the same time, it is necessary to adapt foreign experience to national conditions, effectively use existing resources and improve the national innovation system. This article will analyze foreign experiences and highlight the mechanisms of their implementation for the Uzbek economy, as well as provide theoretical and practical directions for the development of national innovative and investment entrepreneurship.

This article shows that the role of the service market as one of the most important sectors of the economy today is very large and relevant and saturation of the market with new goods require rapid growth in scientific and technological progress, as well as in the service sector.
This article examines the strategic directions for developing innovations in the entrepreneurial sector of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The history of artificial intelligence (AI) is closely linked to the development of computing technology and the search for formal methods to model human reasoning. Initial ideas of "thinking machines" were proposed in the early 20th century by mathematicians and logicians. However, the official birth of AI as a scientific field is traced back to the 1956 Dartmouth Conference, where the term "artificial intelligence" was introduced. This paper explores the major stages of AI development from early theoretical contributions, including Alan Turing’s seminal work, through the "golden age" of the 1960s–1970s and the subsequent decline due to technological limitations. Special focus is placed on the rise of expert systems and symbolic AI in the 1980s, which, despite practical applications, faced challenges in knowledge base maintenance and scalability. It elaborates the value-creation model in the creative economy, which is based on creativity, intellectual property, and digital platforms. The study highlights the significance of scientific and technological innovations within the innovative economic model and characterizes the reliance of the traditional economy on material resources. The findings indicate that the integrated and harmonious development of these economic models contributes to increasing the efficiency of national economic growth
In this work, issues of increasing the efficiency of the use of production resources at pharmaceutical industry enterprises are analyzed from a scientific-theoretical and practical point of view. The study highlights the role and importance of raw material and material resources, fixed assets, labor, financial, and intellectual resources in pharmaceutical production. Also, the current state and development dynamics of resource use in the pharmaceutical industry of Uzbekistan were assessed, and existing problems were identified. Recommendations have been developed for technological modernization aimed at increasing production efficiency, introducing digital management systems, applying the principles of GMP and "Lean manufacturing," expanding the local raw material base, and developing personnel potential. It is substantiated that the implementation of these proposals will serve to reduce production costs, improve product quality and safety, ensure competitiveness and sustainable development of enterprises.
This article analyzes the stages of formation and development of the electronic procurement mechanism, as well as the economic, technological, and institutional factors influencing this process. The scientific approaches of foreign scholars are generalized, and the legal foundations of the electronic public procurement system in the Republic of Uzbekistan are examined within the framework of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. ZRU-684 dated April 22, 2021, “On Public Procurement.” Based on the results of the research, scientific and practical proposals for improving the electronic procurement mechanism have been developed
This article theoretically argues that digital transformation is a strategic necessity for banks to remain competitive with fintech companies as a result of rapid technological advancements in digital transformation. In addition, the theoretical foundations of digital transformation in retail banking are critically examined, and the main principles of diffusion of innovation theory, resource-based view (RBV), institutional theory, service-oriented logic (SDL), technology adoption models, and dynamic capabilities are extensively analyzed. It is argued that digital transformation is not just about implementing digital tools, but also about creating value, delivering services, working with customers, improving efficiency, and increasing interbank competitiveness. By analyzing a large body of scientific literature, the study identifies gaps in existing theoretical frameworks and attempts to identify how banks can adapt to the digital economy, increase investment in innovation, and become digitally mature. Such analyses contribute to the field both scientifically and practically by offering comprehensive development models to understand the systemic and multidimensional dynamics of digital transformation in retail banking.

The spread of technological progress throughout the world has led to the convergence of the quality and technical characteristics of products manufactured in different regions. In such circumstances, the role of costs in achieving a competitive advantage and sustainable development has increased. There is a need to use costs economically and manage them effectively. The use of modern cost management methods is a particularly urgent task for the purpose of effectively organizing costs and increasing the competitiveness of products. Today, scientists in developed countries have developed a number of modern methods of planning and managing costs, and a comprehensive study of these methods and their application to the activities of business entities is an important task. This scientific work attempts to understand the modern methods of cost management currently used.

This article explores the critical connection between workforce management and economic sustainability, covering key aspects of personnel policy, including the formation of a healthy and capable team, the composition and qualifications of personnel based on demographic factors, and their strategic placement within the production process. It highlights the importance of timely adaptation to changes in production and working conditions, alongside the integration of scientific and technological advancements, and the promotion of novel production techniques. Furthermore, the article provides a case study analyzing the current state of workforce utilization within a specific economic entity, culminating in actionable recommendations aimed at optimizing employee contributions, especially their intellectual and physical potential.
