THE RELATIVE VALUE OF CONSISTENCY IN TEAM MANAGEMENT COMPARED TO QUALITY – EVIDENCE FROM IMAN INVEST FINTECH
Dilshod Akhmadkulov

This study analyzes the interrelationship between consistency and quality in team performance and their impact on efficiency. The research is based on empirical data from the “Iman Invest Fintech” company, in which the daily activities of teams, the stability of results, and service quality indicators were examined in depth. The main focus is on identifying the role of consistency (stability, adherence to processes, and repeatability of results) in overall performance. The results indicate that for teams, the ability to consistently deliver stable outcomes is, in some cases, more important than achieving high but inconsistent quality results. Consistency strengthens collaboration within the team, reduces errors, and improves predictability, which in turn enhances overall efficiency. The study employs regression and panel analysis methods to evaluate the relative impact of consistency and quality. In addition, although diminishing marginal returns of consistency were identified, it still remains a significant factor. In conclusion, developing consistency as a priority direction for fintech teams is considered an effective strategy for improving efficiency

It discusses the application of tourism industry resource potential, such as public catering services, and its impact on economic growth. The research indicates how an increase in cultural awareness and purchasing power of the population, coupled with a growing number of foreign tourists, has created favorable conditions for the development of gastronomic tourism. INSTITUTIONAL PRESSURES, RISK GRADIENT, AND VALUE CO-CREATION: A STUDY ON CHINA’S TOURISM INVESTMENT ALLOCATION STRATEGIES FOR THE GLOBAL SOUTH
Zhibo Wei

Driven by geopolitical reconfigurations, tourism investment in the Global South is shifting from volume-based expansion to risk-centric decision-making. This study synthesizes institutional theory, the resource-based view, and the Social License to Operate (SLO) to assess this transition. Leveraging panel data from 18 Belt and Road countries (2019–2024), we construct an assessment system across three dimensions: institutional quality, macroeconomic stability, and developmental maturity. Using the entropy weight method, we identify a distinct risk gradient: Africa exhibits the highest risk intensity, followed by Central Asia and Central and Eastern Europe, with Southeast Asia being the most stable. Exchange rate volatility and political instability emerge as primary systemic drivers, though Southeast Asia shows consistent risk abatement. Finally, we operationalize a "risk-capability-strategy" framework, proposing differentiated regional allocation strategies to navigate the Global South’s evolving investment landscape

MODERN METHODS OF ORGANIZING MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING IN BUSINESS ENTITIES
Shuhratjon Onorboev

In the modern global economy, changes in the market occur rapidly. As a result, the terms of updating products offered to the market by business entities have been reduced. The spread of new products in the markets and their constant improvement create problems for market participants associated with product innovations. The spread of technological progress throughout the world has led to the convergence of the quality and technical characteristics of products manufactured in different regions. In such circumstances, the role of costs in achieving a competitive advantage and sustainable development has increased. There is a need to use costs economically and manage them effectively. The use of modern cost management methods is a particularly urgent task for the purpose of effectively organizing costs and increasing the competitiveness of products. Today, scientists in developed countries have developed a number of modern methods of planning and managing costs, and a comprehensive study of these methods and their application to the activities of business entities is an important task. This scientific work attempts to understand the modern methods of cost management currently used.

INTERNATIONAL COMPETITIVENESS EFFECTS OF ESG TRANSPARENCY: A PANEL STUDY OF ASIAN AND EU BANKS
Mashkhurbek Jalalov

This study investigates the relationship between ESG disclosure quality and international competitiveness among commercial banks in Central Asia, benchmarked against a matched sample of European Union (EU) institutions. Using a mixed-methods approach –including content analysis of sustainability reports (2018–2024), a novel ESG Disclosure Quality Index (EDQI), and panel regressions on 495 bank-year observations – we find that Central Asian banks exhibit significantly lower ESG transparency across environmental, social, and governance dimensions compared to EU peers. Crucially, higher-quality ESG disclosure is robustly associated with greater foreign investment inflows, increased likelihood of Eurobond issuance, higher foreign ownership, and improved credit ratings – even after controlling for bank fundamentals and institutional quality. Notably, the marginal benefit of ESG transparency is significantly stronger in Central Asia than in the EU, suggesting that credible disclosure serves as a critical signaling mechanism in emerging markets where such information is scarce. These findings support the strategic adoption of global ESG reporting standards (e.g., ISSB, TCFD) by Central Asian regulators and banks to enhance financial integration and investor confidence.

FORMATION OF INTER-SYSTEM COMPETITION IN UZBEKISTAN’S FINANCIAL MARKET AND PROSPECTS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A DUALISTIC FINANCIAL MODEL
Rukhiddin Zayniddinov

The aim of this study is to analyse the formation of instrument-level, institutional, sectoral, and system-level competition in Uzbekistan’s financial market through the introduction of a dualistic financial system. Using a qualitative research approach, the study examines the institutional, legal, and economic implications of the dualistic model and explores its potential for enhancing competition. The findings indicate that the financial market remains insufficiently diversified, with financing sources relying predominantly on the banking sector. The study also identifies that the dualistic financial system may generate a new form of competition inter-system competition thereby improving efficiency within the financial services segment and contributing to market diversification. The research substantiates the institutional prerequisites, infrastructural requirements, and priority directions necessary for the implementation and sustainable development of this system

SPIRAL MODELS OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT: TRIPLE, QUADRUPLE AND QUINTUARY HELIX MODELS
Munisa Sultanova

The article analyzes the progress of the Triple Helix innovative model, the reasons and conditions for its change. The original model considered the interaction of the state, business structures and the scientific (including university) community. The role of this element in the Quadruple Helix innovative model is studied. The significance of the work lies in clarifying the characteristics and conditions for the complication of innovative interaction. The Fivefold Helix innovation model illustrates what qualitative changes occur in the relationships of innovation process participants. It accumulates ecological and social aspects of development.
