Urbanization is an important process in the economic and social development of countries, having a significant impact on human capital. Human capital, including education, skills and health of the population, is the basis for sustainable economic growth and social stability. This article analyzes how urbanization contributes to improving the quality of human capital, using the experience of various foreign countries as an example.
The article examines the role of insolation as a system-forming factor in the development and optimization of housing infrastructure under urbanization conditions. The interrelation between insolation and regional economic parameters is substantiated, including energy consumption, sanitary and hygienic indicators, and socio-demographic living conditions. Based on methods of mathematical modeling, algorithms for calculating and optimizing the insolation characteristics of residential development are proposed. Practical examples from housing construction in the city of Tashkent are analyzed, demonstrating the impact of insolation parameters on the economic indicators of the region. Conclusions and recommendations are formulated regarding the integration of insolation requirements into urban planning programs and housing policy projects.
This article develops an econometric model for determining regional tax potential. Based on statistical data for the regions of Uzbekistan for 2016–2024, a multifactor regression model was built, in which the impact of economic (GDP, investments), demographic (population, urbanization), financial and institutional factors on tax revenues was quantitatively assessed. Multicollinearity was optimized using correlation analysis and the VIF indicator, and the model reliability was confirmed at the level of R²=0.87. A forecast of regional tax revenues for 2025–2027 is presented based on three scenarios - base, optimistic and pessimistic. The results provide a practical basis for the formation of regional fiscal policy and the effective allocation of inter-budget resources
This article systematically examines the socio-economic factors influencing the level of housing provision for the population. The study identifies and groups key factors such as income levels, employment status, family composition, urbanization processes, availability of mortgage lending, housing prices, state housing policy and subsidies, demographic changes, and infrastructure development. The research findings aim to determine the interrelationships among these factors and the extent of their impact on improving housing conditions for the population, while providing practical recommendations for shaping state policy and ensuring socio-economic stability
In this study, a methodology for using geographic information systems (GIS) technologies in forecasting the demographic development of the population of Uzbekistan until 2050 will be developed. The main goal of the research is to improve the mechanism for comprehensive analysis and forecasting of population size, age-sex composition, territorial distribution, urbanization processes, as well as internal and external migration flows by region. The research results are important for optimizing state planning, regional development strategies, labor market forecasts, and social infrastructure. The use of GIS technologies serves to scientifically substantiate the decision-making process, increasing the accuracy of demographic forecasts and the possibilities of visual analysis
The article examines the methodology for forming a rating assessment of the reliability of Uzbekistan's contracting and construction organizations. An analysis of existing problems in the field of construction management was conducted, the need to introduce rating mechanisms was substantiated, and a system of criteria for assessing the reliability of companies, taking into account the specifics of the local construction sector, was developed. A rating model has been proposed that allows for the formation of an objective reliability rating, contributing to increasing the transparency and investment attractiveness of the construction industry.
This article is dedicated to the issues of rapid urban population growth, concentration of population in large and major cities, demographic processes in the expansion of city boundaries, and their development. The formation of existing urban settlements is substantiated as a result of policies aimed at the country's socio-economic development, the scale of natural population growth and migration, particularly the formation of population due to external and internal migration. It is also scientifically justified that demographic development trends in Uzbekistan, as in all countries worldwide, along with other socio-economic processes, have a direct impact on urbanization.
The analysis of factors influencing the investment attractiveness of the regions of the Republic of Uzbekistan includes the study of economic, social, and infrastructure indicators. Among the key factors are the availability of developed infrastructure, access to resources, government support, and the level of urbanization. The development of special economic zones (SEZ) and the improvement of the business climate also play an important role in enhancing the regions' attractiveness for investors. The study helps identify the strengths and weaknesses of the regions, which contributes to the development of effective strategies for attracting investments and stimulating economic growth in Uzbekistan.
This research study examines the content analysis of tourism infrastructure and aims to assess the state of infrastructure based on a comprehensive approach that includes the country's transport networks, digital (smart) services, environmental monitoring and resilience to emergencies. The study analyzes transport infrastructure, smart tourism applications, green infrastructure and resilience factors before and after the pandemic. At the same time, it also highlights the problems of regional imbalances and digital inclusion. Practical measures for improvement are analyzed. The main objective of the study is to study tourism infrastructure based on an integrated assessment model, identify existing strengths and weaknesses and develop proposals to increase resilience in emergencies. This study is also of importance to policymakers and government agencies, tourism operators and digital platform owners, academic researchers and students of higher education institutions, local communities and regional development specialists, as well as ecology and environmental management organizations and specialists in the field of urbanization development. The scientific novelty of the study is that it makes a new theoretical and practical contribution to the topic by developing an assessment model and a set of empirical indicators that combine the components of tourism infrastructure with transport, smart services, environmental monitoring and resilience

The scientific views and approaches of various scholars regarding the strategic importance of water resources in the national economy are examined.
This article analyzes the state of investment-construction processes in Samarkand region, existing problems and ways to solve them. Based on the measures taken in the region for urbanization, modernization of infrastructure and expansion of industrial zones, priority areas for improving the investment climate are identified. Also, based on foreign experience, the possibilities of introducing modern construction management mechanisms, strengthening public-private partnerships and increasing efficiency through the widespread use of digital technologies are substantiated.
В данном исследовании рассматривается анализ туристической инфраструктуры в Южной Корее с целью оценки состояния инфраструктуры на основе комплексного подхода, включающего компоненты транспортных сетей страны, цифровые (умные) услуги, мониторинг окружающей среды и устойчивость к чрезвычайным ситуациям. В исследовании анализируются транспортная инфраструктура, покрытие Интернетом и 5G, интеллектуальные туристические приложения, кибербезопасность, зеленая инфраструктура и факторы устойчивости до и после пандемии. В то же время будут также освещены вопросы регионального дисбаланса и цифровой инклюзивности. Анализируются практические меры по улучшению. Основная цель исследования — изучить туристическую инфраструктуру Южной Кореи на основе комплексной модели оценки, выявить имеющиеся сильные и слабые стороны и разработать предложения по повышению устойчивости в чрезвычайных ситуациях. Данное исследование также представляет интерес для политиков и государственных учреждений, туроператоров и владельцев цифровых платформ, научных исследователей и студентов университетов, местных сообществ и специалистов по региональному развитию, а также организаций по экологии и управлению природопользованием и специалистов в области развития урбанизации. Научная новизна исследования заключается в том, что оно вносит новый теоретический и практический вклад в тему путем разработки модели оценки и набора эмпирических показателей, объединяющих компоненты туристической инфраструктуры, транспорта, интеллектуальных услуг, мониторинга окружающей среды и устойчивости.
The purpose of this article is to critically analyze the "national" renovation programs that the country and society are implementing to improve their infrastructure and urbanization processes. The article examines the meaning of renovation at the national level, its social, economic and environmental impacts. In a critical systemic analysis, it is important to select the most effective and sustainable methods of this process for different regions and the republic, analyze their mutual experience, and pay attention to the uncertainties and problems of "national" renovation. At the same time, the article presents studies assessing the role of state bodies, the private sector, and the local population involved in the renovation process, as well as the importance of their mutual cooperation. Through a critical systemic approach, the study attempts to provide important proposals and recommendations to ensure the accurate and effective implementation of such programs.
