The scientific article analyzes the current state and issues of regulation of digital assets and cryptocurrencies in the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States. Based on a comparative analysis, it was determined that the CIS countries mainly use approaches to apply existing legislative norms or form independent legal frameworks, and also identified countries that are leaders in this area. A conclusion is made about the need to exchange experience and strengthen cooperation in the field of regulation of digital asset turnover in the CIS countries.
This article scientifically analyzes the stages of formation, legal foundations, and significance of the GOST standardization system operating in the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) within modern economic and industrial processes. In the course of the study, the role of GOST standards in industrial production, their importance in ensuring technical safety, their harmonization with national and international standards, as well as development prospects under conditions of digitalization are highlighted. The results of the study demonstrate that the GOST system is an important regulatory mechanism that strengthens economic integration among the CIS countries.
This study shows the role and necessity of multilateral and regional trade agreements in the economic development of Uzbekistan, the advantages of trade agreements. The article also reflects the export of goods and services with the main partner countries. During the research process, the turnover of foreign trade with the CIS countries, the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) and other foreign countries (WTO members) was analyzed.
The article analyzes the role of international financial institutions in financing innovative projects and their implementation. The strategy, financial instruments, and technical assistance of such large financial institutions as the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank, and the International Monetary Fund in supporting innovations will be highlighted. At the same time, the effectiveness of cooperation with international institutions based on the experience of the CIS countries, in particular Uzbekistan, will also be considered. The article provides an in-depth analysis based on the views of scientists, practical examples, existing problems, and promising proposals.
This article analyzes the current state of tourism services export in the Republic of Uzbekistan using statistical methods. It examines export data from 2018 to 2024, focusing on key service types and regional trends. The results show that tourism services rank second among all service exports and are predominantly oriented toward neighboring CIS countries. The research employs SWOT, structural, comparative, and time–series analysis. Based on the findings, the paper presents recommendations to boost tourism exports by improving infrastructure, leveraging digital marketing, enhancing regional diversification, and utilizing informal institutions.
