By Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan PQ-4400 dated July 23, 2019 ”On measures to increase the popularity of microfinance services“, the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan was entrusted with the task of developing a “national strategy for increasing financial popularity”, which provides for expanding the popularity of financial services and increasing the level of financial literacy of business entities, consumer protection in the provision of financial services. The Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan has developed a national strategy to increase the popularity of financial services for 2021-2023. In this strategy, special emphasis is placed on the issues of entrepreneurship development in the country, income growth, and improving financial literacy of the population as an important tool for poverty reduction. It follows from this that in this monographic study, the issues of improving financial literacy of the population have been scientifically and methodically analyzed and practical suggestions and recommendations have been developed.

The article examines at the regional level such indicators as population size, in particular, growth rates and the share of the economically active population, employment and unemployment levels, changes in the ratio of urban and rural populations, as sources of formation of the labor market. An analysis of regional similarities and differences in the dynamics of these indicators has been carried out. Based on the analysis of the trend in the share of the region's population in the country's population, it is assumed that this social process is an important factor in the economic process associated with the formation of labor resources and optimization of the labor market. In recent years, changes in the ratio of urban and rural populations have been assessed as a factor causing regional differences in the relative rates of the economically active population. It was revealed that the sources of formation of the labor market create a trend of change in the same time periods. It is explained that the jump points of unemployment levels in the regions are connected with the strong fluctuations in the growth picture of the economically active population. This is also based on the fact that the growth rate of the unemployment rate is not collinear with the growth rate of the economically active population.

The article analyzes the main factors influencing the dynamics of population growth in Uzbekistan. The study examines the interrelationship of demographic processes with economic and social development and considers such factors as birth rate, mortality, migration, urbanization, and the movement of labor resources as important indicators influencing the population. The study analyzed, based on statistical data, the demographic growth rates observed in the country in recent years, their differences by region, and changes in the structure of the population. The research results can serve as a scientific basis for the formation of Uzbekistan's long-term demographic policy.

The article analyzes the research results of foreign and domestic scientists on reducing poverty and improving the standard of living of the population. Analytical opinions about the created system for reducing poverty and future plans were put forward. Internal and external factors influencing the improvement of the standard of living of the world population and the reforms aimed at them, scientific researches on reducing poverty continue on a large scale. In particular, the optimal point of the consumption basket, the minimum living wage, the minimum consumption expenditure amount, and the development of criteria for determining the poverty and destitution thresholds, as well as comments on the scientific research works on the directions of private entrepreneurship for the population based on the neighborhood work system. In the literature analysis, normative documents issued on poverty reduction in our country are cited. Proposals and recommendations for the further development of the population's standard of living are presented based on the neighborhood work system.

This article analyzes the demographic impact of external labor migration on the population dynamics of Uzbekistan. Such factors as territorial imbalances arising as a result of migration, an increase in birth rates, and an increase in the working-age population were studied on the basis of statistical methods. In this article, the practice of fire risk management as a result of carrying out rain risk assessment in residential houses of the Republic, installation of security equipment at low cost, possibilities of purchasing safe doors and making decisions in emergency situations is studied. In it, 3002 randomly selected residential areas of the republic were taken as objects. Statistical data of the research were obtained on the basis of social survey questions in Google form online. In the review of the literature, the views of foreign scientists on the subject were studied, and in the process of econometric modeling, the Ologit model was used in the Stata 18.0 program. After the analysis, linktest was used to check the quality of the regression model. Purchase of equipment at own expense and purchase of safe doors were found to be statistically significant in managing fire risks in residential areas.

This article defines the concept of migration. It examines the factors influencing population migration and provides a statistical analysis of migration processes in Uzbekistan. Directions for measures to regulate labor migration are also developed. Furthermore, the article studies the methods used by foreign countries to directly influence the regulation of migration processes and analyzes global experience in this field. The interrelationship of labor force transformation in the context of migration and employment is also explored.
