This article highlights issues related to the automation of the ambulance service in the digital economy, the state of the ambulance service, the features of the development of the ambulance service and the management of this system. The scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists in the field of digitalization of the healthcare system, improvement and automation of ambulance, as well as regulatory documents in the ambulance system in the Republic of Uzbekistan were studied.
