In the article, the essence of the concept of leadership, traditional approaches to leadership, behavioral theories of leadership, personal characteristics of the leader, team activity management, leadership style in the enterprise management system, leadership management in the organization, leadership in conflict situations, issues related to innovative leadership, its pedagogical foundations, the content of training based on the improvement of leadership activities, forms, methods and tools, as well as the possibility of effective use of the obtained results, management and leadership activities in management, management functions, specific features of effective management of people's behavior and interactions are described in it.

In this article, the state of the investment environment in our country is examined as one of the general characteristics of economic, social, organizational, legal, political, environmental and other conditions that determine the feasibility and attractiveness of investment activities, as well as the feasibility of its implementation. Proposals and conclusions were given.

This article analyzes the results of a study on the development of rural tourism and the factors influencing it. At the same time, the opinions expressed by a number of scientists were studied, and the possibilities of creating a strategy for the development of tourism in the mahalla were examined. As a result of the study, the state of rural tourism in Uzbekistan, the attitude of the population and local leaders to its development, as well as 5 main factors were identified. The definition of these factors made it possible to understand the necessary conditions for running a tourism business in villages and expanding the range of tourism services. The features that should be taken into account by the hokim assistant in supporting the tourism business as an important area of entrepreneurship in the mahalla are described.

This article examines the legal basis of land taxation, according to which the legal directions of the effective organization of the land tax administration in the tax policy of our country, the ways of their rational use, and also the economic and financial issues related to the land tax are clarified in the legislation.

The article analyzes sukuk, which are considered Islamic securities. The experience of foreign countries regarding the issuance and circulation of sukuk has been studied. The author explained his attitude and opinions on the statistical data given in the cross-section of countries and years. Based on the results of the research, conclusions are presented that are considered important for the economy of our country. The article emphasizes the benefits of using the sukuk instrument.
