This study is devoted to the analysis of the development processes of women's entrepreneurship in Uzbekistan, the existing institutional environment and factors that hinder the expansion of this activity. The study deeply studies the role of women's entrepreneurship in economic development, their activity in the labor market, and the possibilities of using financial and institutional resources. In particular, the economic and legal conditions created for women in the country are analyzed based on the "Women, Business and Law" index developed by international organizations, including the World Bank, and national statistical data.
The article examined the foreign practice of financing Women's Entrepreneurship and the possibilities of its use in Uzbekistan. At the same time, the existing problems are highlighted in this process, and recommendations for their elimination are developed.
While female entrepreneurship has grown to be a significant force behind social and economic advancement, research on the subject is still dispersed, making it difficult to pinpoint the elements that lead to women's entrepreneurial success. This study synthesizes previous research in this topic by conducting a systematic literature review in accordance with PRISMA 2020 principles. Major academic databases were used to find pertinent studies, which were then filtered following predetermined standards.The results show that a mix of contextual, relational, and individual factors affect the success of female entrepreneurs. Key influences include one's own ability, networks and social support, and external factors including institutional context and financial access. The review also emphasizes how sustainability-oriented activities are becoming more important but are still not well understood. All things considered, this study offers a comprehensive viewpoint on female business success and points out important areas for further investigation.
Women play a pivotal role in reshaping Human Resource Management (HRM) practices, contributing to diversity, innovation, and inclusive work environments. This research explores the transformative impact of women in HRM, focusing on their leadership styles, the barriers they face, and their contributions to organizational success. Through a mixed-methods approach, including surveys, interviews, and case studies, this study highlights the unique strategies employed by women in HR and the resulting implications for HR policies and practices. The findings underline the need for systemic support to overcome gender biases and amplify women’s influence in HRM.v
This study examines the relationship between key macroeconomic indicators, including the Human Development Index, Gender, Business, and Law indices, as well as the ease of doing business index and import level, with the inflow of foreign direct investment into Uzbekistan. Using OLS regression, correlation analysis, cointegration tests, and other econometric techniques, the analysis reveals that changes in the Human Development Index, Gender Index, Business and Legal index, and Import level positively correlate with foreign investment inflows. This suggests that human development, gender equality, business environment, and improved import policies play crucial roles in attracting foreign investments.

Improving the level of professional training of women and their competitiveness in the labor market plays an important role in eliminating gender inequality. Based on this, this article focuses on the issues of the vocational training system for women in the field of employment.
This article presents scientific research addressing the notion of equality in the retirement age for men and women. The research evaluated citizens' opinions on the feasibility of equalizing the retirement age for men and women, considering statistical data, international experiences, public opinion, and expert surveys, alongside the contemporary socio-economic conditions of Uzbekistan's development, to determine the optimal retirement age through analysis.

In this article, statistical data on the study of the natural process of population regeneration in Uzbekistan and the analysis of its indicators are presented. Also, opinions were expressed about the results of the study based on factors such as population dynamics, birth and death, the number of women and men, and the labor force coverage coefficient during population reconstruction.
The scientific article analyzes the role of women in the popularization of innovative banking services in developing countries. Uzbekistan, Turkey, Malaysia, and Saudi Arabia were considered as developing countries in the analysis. The analysis was conducted on the basis of statistical data for 2014-2021. According to the results of the analysis, innovative banking services among women in our country are not sufficiently developed and, unlike other countries, digital banking services are not widely used by women.
