This article analysis the impact of global climate change on agricultural production based on international scientific research. The study explores how factors such as rising temperatures, changes in precipitation patterns, and water scarcity affect crop yields. In particular, it has been proven that shifts in heat and moisture balance directly influence the growth phases and yield levels of major crops such as wheat, cotton, and maize. Empirical studies conducted in various countries using panel regression, ARIMA, and GARCH models demonstrate that climate change significantly and negatively affects agricultural production. This article emphasizes the importance of conducting similar research under the specific climatic and agronomic conditions of Uzbekistan.

The paper highlights contemporary trends such as the integration of big data, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, which play a crucial role in forecasting the impacts of inflation, unemployment, climate change, and pandemics. The methodology employs a systematic literature review, drawing on scientific articles from the Scopus, Web of Science, and ResearchGate databases over the last five years (2020-2025). The results indicate that ML-hybrid models enhance forecast accuracy (with reductions in RMSE and MAE), although the adverse effects of climate change and data uncertainty pose significant challenges. The conclusions and recommendations propose increasing the robustness of models in policy formulation, strengthening interdisciplinary collaboration, and implementing ethical standards, thereby contributing to sustainable development and economic recovery.

The study aims to identify the institutional and market barriers constraining green lending and to formulate practical recommendations tailored to the national financial system. Methodologically, the paper employs a mixed-method approach that combines document analysis, statistical analysis and comparative assessment of international experience. The empirical base includes national policy and statistical materials as well as analytical sources from international development institutions. The article contributes policy-relevant recommendations on taxonomy implementation, ESG disclosure, capacity building, and green mortgage instruments.

This article analyzes the incentive and resource-mobilizing potential of tax instruments in financing ecological innovations. In the context of increasing climate change and environmental pollution, the development and implementation of “green” technologies require significant volumes of sustainable financial resources. The purpose of the study is to generalize international approaches to the use of tax mechanisms for supporting and financing ecological innovations, as well as to substantiate practical proposals for priority directions under the conditions of Uzbekistan. Along with the literature review, the study conducts a descriptive analysis based on indicators for the period 2021-2024, compares the volume of atmospheric pollutant emissions across regions, and evaluates the dynamics of electricity generation at solar and wind power plants. The results indicate variability in emission levels over the years and high concentration in certain regions; at the same time, a sharp increase in renewable energy production was recorded in 2024. These findings provide a basis for improving the design of tax policy to stimulate ecological innovations, taking into account regional and sectoral characteristics.

The article examines the role of green bonds and their subtype, green mortgage-backed securities, in the global financial market, as well as the prospects for their application in Uzbekistan. Green bonds are increasingly used as an important financial instrument that enables investors to channel funds into environmentally sustainable projects. In the United States, green mortgage-backed securities issued by major agencies play a leading role in financing the energy-efficient housing market. The experience of Europe, Canada, and Australia likewise demonstrates the steady international development of this instrument. In Uzbekistan, the green mortgage market is only beginning to take shape, being gradually introduced through national strategies, pilot projects supported by international financial institutions, and commercial bank products. The research findings indicate that green mortgage-backed securities are not only a source of financial returns, but also an important mechanism for combating climate change and supporting the transition to a sustainable economy.
