REGTECH AND SUPTECH ADOPTION IN THE FINANCIAL REGULATORY ECOSYSTEM: AN INTEGRATED CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK

The increasing digitalization of financial regulation has accelerated the adoption of Regulatory Technology (RegTech) and Supervisory Technology (SupTech). However, existing studies typically examine these technologies independently, overlooking their interconnected roles within the financial regulatory ecosystem. This study develops an integrated conceptual framework based on the synthesis of existing literature to identify the common drivers and barriers influencing RegTech and SupTech adoption. The framework highlights the interaction between commercial banks and central banks and demonstrates that technology adoption is shaped by enabling and constraining forces operating across the regulatory ecosystem. The framework provides a foundation for future empirical research and policy development

DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES IN THE TOURISM SECTOR: THEORETICAL INTERPRETATIONS, SECTOR-SPECIFIC FEATURES, AND AN AUTHORIAL APPROACH

This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the general theoretical interpretations of the concept of digital technologies and their specific content within the tourism sector based on a scientific approach. The study systematizes classical and contemporary definitions of digital technologies and examines their impact on economic and social processes. In addition, international scientific concepts related to digital technologies in tourism and the approaches of the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) are reviewed, substantiating the sector-specific characteristics of this concept. The article proposes a new integrated authorial definition of digital technologies in tourism and justifies its scientific novelty. The research findings serve as a conceptual foundation for the development of tourism economics theory and for PhD-level academic research.
