The article describes the importance of non-governmental educational organizations in the national economy of the country, the socio-economic policy of the government in the development of these sectors, the tasks of organizations that control the quality of educational services provided by non-governmental organizations, as well as the current issues of accounting in non-governmental organizations engaged in educational activities.

This article provides an in-depth analysis of the essence and content of innovative activities in educational institutions, their role in the modern pedagogical process, and their impact on the quality of education. Innovative activity is presented as a complex process aimed at enhancing educational effectiveness through the introduction of new ideas, advanced technologies, and methods by teachers into the pedagogical process. The study examines, on a scientific basis, the advantages, practical effectiveness, and influence on student development of various innovative forms implemented in educational institutions, such as digital technologies, interactive methods, modular learning, project-based approaches, and STEAM integration. Furthermore, organizational and methodological factors influencing the implementation of innovative activities, the professional competencies of teachers, the technical infrastructure of educational institutions, and management mechanisms are analyzed. The results of the article demonstrate that the effective implementation of innovative approaches plays a crucial role in improving the quality of the educational process, encouraging students’ creative thinking, and developing modern competencies.

The article considers the financial and economic aspects of the activities and development of non-state higher educational institutions on the example of the Kashkadarya region of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Based on dynamic quarterly data from the end of 2022 to the end of 2025, a comprehensive statistical and econometric analysis of the impact of the number of students and the volume of own funds on the gross income of educational organizations was conducted. A linear regression model was built, institutional structural changes were identified, and the need for the formation of comprehensive regional support mechanisms by the state to ensure the long-term financial stability of the private higher education sector was substantiated.

This article analyzes the problems of corporate culture in joint-stock companies and identifies ways to effectively address them. It also examines the importance of corporate culture and its role in the company's operations, as well as the impact of culture on economic indicators. Issues such as insufficient development of corporate culture, weak communication among employees, and non-compliance with ethics and values are analyzed. Solutions proposed include strategic approaches to developing corporate culture, regular educational and training programs, creating an open communication and trust environment, and developing and implementing ethical codes. The research provides practical recommendations for improving and effectively managing corporate culture in joint-stock companies.

In Uzbekistan, many universities are making a lot of money from students' fees. Income from payment contracts is the main way Tashkent State University of Economics funds its activities. This means we need to make big changes to expand and diversify what we do. The study found that colleges and universities don't properly consider the important tasks needed for their growth when planning their finances. This situation needs better money planning in colleges and universities, using new methods that fit today's needs.

In this article, taking into account the identified problems in the development of cities of different administrative ranks, special measures of urban policy are proposed for cities of different ranks. These include: the formation of agglomerations; the transfer of administrative, educational, production facilities outside the city and the transfer of management functions to other structures; the creation of innovative, science-intensive and high-tech activities, innovation-technology clusters; the interaction of nearby territories with cities based on innovative forms of management; the creation of satellite cities; the development of industrial, social, transport, engineering service functions and sectors based on specialization; the development of mechanisms for transferring investments, labor and production resources.
