This article develops the theoretical and methodological foundations for a comprehensive assessment of banking service efficiency provided to individuals. The study proposes a multidimensional evaluation framework that integrates traditional financial indicators with customer satisfaction metrics, digital service quality, operational efficiency, risk management level, and institutional sustainability indicators. Furthermore, an integrated performance assessment model is designed to evaluate retail banking services in the context of digital transformation. The research findings contribute to enhancing customer-oriented banking strategies, improving service quality, and strengthening competitiveness in the retail banking sector.

The article analyzes existing methodologies for assessing the effectiveness of incentive tax benefits in regions and identifies their advantages and disadvantages. It is substantiated that the assessment of the effectiveness of incentive tax benefits is aimed at determining the correlation between losses in budget revenues and the economic benefits arising for the state and taxpayers, as well as making decisions to extend, adjust, or cancel the benefit. It is demonstrated that the assessment of tax benefit effectiveness should be carried out based on budgetary, economic, and social criteria, and the assessment process should be conducted stage-by-stage. Based on the research results, an assessment methodology based on an integral coefficient and covering the main efficiency criteria is proposed. This allows for a comprehensive assessment of the budgetary, economic, and social consequences of tax benefits at the local level, as well as making well-grounded management decisions.

In the article, the relevance of the research is based on the existing problems in the assessment of capital efficiency in companies, and the theoretical basis for increasing equity efficiency is highlighted. Also, an analysis was carried out to evaluate the capital efficiency of joint stock companies operating in our country. Based on the results, conclusions and recommendations on increasing capital efficiency have been developed.

This article analyzes the return on assets (ROA) indicator in determining the efficiency of commercial banks in Uzbekistan. Bank efficiency is important for the stability of the financial system and economic growth. The study analyzed the activities of commercial banks in the country in 1999-2023 based on statistical data, and also examined the differences in efficiency levels depending on the type of ownership of banks. Although the ROA of state-owned banks was low compared to private and foreign banks, private banks showed the highest level of efficiency. In addition, it was noted that the instability of banking activities and the impact of the pandemic negatively affected efficiency. The results of the study make it possible to offer practical recommendations for improving the activities of commercial banks and the efficient use of resources.

This article classifies the factors influencing the efficiency of the grain farming subsector based on a study of its effectiveness. It provides an assessment of the organization of grain farming clusters and formulates an algorithm for the stages of production, processing, and marketing processes within the cluster system. Moreover, it is offered recommendations for improving the efficiency of grain farming clusters.

The article considers general issues of formation and development of theoretical and methodological aspects of assessment of the trade services development system in the context of socio-economic transformations. In the course of the presentation of the work, the main elements of assessment of the trade services development system are summarized and structured, its functions are systematized, the factors of its development are studied, as well as the role of assessment of the trade services development system in the formation of a platform for sustainable trade development and the national economies that form it. 

This article examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of applying the fuzzy regression model in assessing production efficiency in agricultural sectors. The advantages of the fuzzy approach in optimizing the utilization of available resources in the agricultural sector are analyzed. Furthermore, the scientific significance of identifying the relationships between factors affecting efficiency under conditions of uncertainty using the fuzzy regression model is theoretically substantiated.

In this article, the circumstances encouraging to go beyond the limits of objective market laws in the formation of the structural structure of small business are identified, and the author's method of evaluating the level of efficiency of the structural structure of small business by types of economic activity is developed. The level of profitability of small business in Uzbekistan according to the types of economic activity was determined, and the level of efficiency of the structural structure was evaluated according to the types of economic activity of small business in Uzbekistan.

In this scientific article, the effectiveness of management mechanisms in diversifying tourism types is analyzed theoretically and empirically. The study examined the dynamics of change in the tourism structural structure based on data from 2020-2024 and applied the Gerfindal–Hirschman Index (TDI) and the Shannon entropy index (EDI) to assess the degree of diversification. Also, the relationship between tourism revenues and infrastructure investments, public-private partnership projects and digital marketing costs was evaluated on the basis of correlation and regression analysis. Empirical results have shown that there is a strong positive correlation between the level of tourism diversification and economic growth. Increased diversification index has been found to accelerate revenue growth. Management intensity and efficiency ratios have confirmed that resource utilization has increased over the years. The results of the study were scientifically substantiated that a comprehensive management approach and institutional coordination in the field of Tourism ensure sustainable economic growth

Within the framework of the “Uzbekistan – 2030” and “Digital Uzbekistan – 2030” strategies adopted in New Uzbekistan, as well as at the new stage of economic reforms, special importance is given to improving the activities of appraisal organizations and enhancing the quality and efficiency of the services they provide. This article explores the issues of fostering fair and healthy competition in the valuation services market through the assessment of appraisers’ ratings and the determination of their rankings. The rating system offers opportunities to ensure transparency, strengthen customer trust, improve service quality, and increase overall competitiveness. Based on the analysis of international experience, the article discusses effective approaches that can be introduced into national practice, criteria for appraiser ranking, evaluation methods, and their outcomes. The article also presents proposals and recommendations for addressing potential challenges that may arise during the implementation of such a system.

This article investigates the theoretical foundations of intangible asset accounting in public healthcare institutions and examines their economic and social significance under digital transformation. The research reveals that intangible assets — including electronic medical records, health information systems, licenses, clinical protocols, medical databases, and intellectual resources have become the main drivers of service efficiency and organizational performance in healthcare institutions. An Integrated Assessment Index (IAI) model is developed based on five indicators: value of information systems, clinical licenses, medical database value, efficiency of electronic services, and intellectual capacity. The findings demonstrate that relying solely on financial indicators to assess intangible assets is insufficient, and a multidimensional approach that incorporates social benefits and service performance must be applied. The results provide practical implications for improving accounting policies, enhancing funding efficiency, and strategically managing intellectual resources within the digital economy environment of the healthcare sector.

This article is dedicated to the study of the organizational mechanism of the integrated methodology for evaluating efficiency of sustainable development, exemplified by the enterprises of the fuel and energy industry of Uzbekistan. In addition, the paper is devoted to the consideration of the theoretical and practical aspects of management, including economic, administrative, and socio-psychological methods. The authors propose a comprehensive approach to diagnosing the sustainability of enterprises in reliance upon a number of indicators and taking into account various aspects of enterprise activities.

This article studies the methodological foundations of tax risk assessment and management in the tax system. The issues of improving tax administration in the digital economy, analyzing taxpayers' activities based on a risk-oriented approach are discussed. The article considers the criteria for determining tax risks and models for their quantitative assessment, and puts forward proposals to improve the effectiveness of risk management in the tax system of Uzbekistan.

This research is aimed at the economic assessment of the share of income of participants in the value chain of walnut cultivation and sale in Samarkand region. Through analysis based on primary and secondary data, the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the nut industry have been identified. On the basis of these analyses, suggestions and recommendations were developed for the improvement of value added processes in the value chain. The results of the study shed light on the economic impact of walnut cultivation, processing and export, providing practical recommendations for improving the value chain and increasing the region's competitiveness in global markets.

The article analyzes the theoretical and methodological foundations of overhead cost allocation. The stages of primary and secondary allocation and their significance in determining product cost and substantiating managerial decisions are examined. Based on the principles of cause-and-effect, fairness, consistency, and efficiency, the criteria for optimal cost allocation are identified. Furthermore, the necessity of implementing multi-criteria and adaptive allocation models in modern production conditions is emphasized. The research findings enhance the accuracy of product costing, improve the assessment of resource utilization efficiency, and expand the opportunities for substantiating managerial decisions.

This study analyzes the technical structure, experimental methodology, and key empirical findings of a weather-based irrigation system tested during the 2025 spring cropping season in the Samarkand region of Uzbekistan. Under field conditions, the effectiveness of climate-responsive irrigation scheduling is evaluated using indicators of agricultural productivity and water-use efficiency. The analysis compares four different irrigation regimes in terms of water savings, total crop yield, yield structure, and crop water productivity. These regimes enable a comparison between conventional farmer-managed practices and advanced weather-based irrigation approaches, allowing for a comprehensive assessment of agronomic and hydrological outcomes.

This article analyzes the implementation of artificial intelligence technologies in commercial banking, examining their impact on operational efficiency, credit risk assessment, and customer service systems. International best practices were compared with the current state of the banking sector in Uzbekistan. The findings indicate that AI can reduce operational costs, enhance fraud-detection efficiency, and improve service speed; however, challenges related to data quality, algorithmic transparency, and cybersecurity remain. The study provides policy recommendations and practical measures to address these issues and to improve the effective integration of AI in banking operations.

The article examines the current issues of improving the efficiency of managing the entrepreneurial activities of sports organizations in Uzbekistan. An economic mechanism is proposed, aimed at optimizing the processes of income generation, expense control, and enhancing the overall financial stability of a sports organization. The mechanism includes financial-economic, marketing, organizational-managerial, and control-analytical blocks. The effectiveness of the proposed mechanism is demonstrated using the example of the "Lokomotiv" football club; its main sources of income and expenditure directions are analyzed, and target indicators for performance assessment are also proposed.

Based on the program of rapid development of the national economy and ensuring high growth rates of the New Development Strategy of Uzbekistan for 2022-2026, determined by the President of our country Mirziyoyev, and in order to ensure its implementation, the quality of property value assessment, including the market value of real estate in the insurance process who mentioned the necessity and urgency of improving research on increasing efficiency. The situation in the real estate market for the first half of 2022 was analyzed by the Center for Economic Research and Reforms. The volume of sales on the real estate market in Uzbekistan increased by 6%. According to the results of the analysis, 126,000 real estate sales contracts were signed in Uzbekistan in the first half of 2022, which is 6% more than in the same period of 2021 (119,000). Therefore, improving the management of real estate objects on the basis of digital technologies is one of today's priority tasks. This article describes the role of trust management in improving the efficiency of real estate management and their introduction to the national real estate market.
