The study substantiates the role of small business in the development of the national economy, emphasizing its importance in ensuring employment, forming a competitive environment, and strengthening economic stability. In addition, the content and effectiveness of financial, tax, credit, organizational, and legal support mechanisms implemented by the state to promote small business and private entrepreneurship are examined from a scientific perspective.

This article discusses strategies for the development of small businesses and private entrepreneurship through the improvement of infrastructure activities. By analyzing various elements of infrastructure, such as financial services, technological support, legal frameworks and logistics, the authors of the study identify key factors contributing to the growth and sustainability of small enterprises. The study highlights the importance of creating a favorable business environment, improving access to resources and stimulating innovation as the most important factors in the development of entrepreneurship. The results show that a well-developed infrastructure not only meets the operational needs of a small business, but also allows it to compete effectively in the market.
The article highlights the content, essence and advantages of social entrepreneurship, its role in the development of innovations, reduction of unemployment, creation of new jobs, improvement of the standard of living of the population and reduction of social tension in society, and also defines the concepts of "social entrepreneurship", "social project" and "social enterprise". New forms of state support for social entrepreneurship are proposed.
The article considers the current state of small and medium-sized businesses (SMB) in Kazakhstan on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of state measures to support entrepreneurship in Kazakhstan, identifies the main barriers that hinder its growth and development. Special attention is paid to the problems of lending, taxation and access to information resources. The author considers effective strategies implemented by the government of Kazakhstan within the framework of national programmes and initiatives, and assesses their effectiveness on the basis of available empirical data. International experience is also analysed to identify the most successful incentive mechanisms. The paper offers specific recommendations for improving the institutional environment and developing a comprehensive system of support for priority areas of SME development. The importance of creating favourable conditions for innovation and increasing the export potential of enterprises is discussed. The final part is devoted to strategic planning at the state level to achieve sustainable socio-economic development.

The article examines current trends in entrepreneurship, provides statistical data illustrating the growth and development of the sector, and offers recommendations for improving the business environment. The analysis confirms that small business in Uzbekistan has significant potential, but requires further state support and optimization of existing measures.
This scientific article analyzes the organizational and legal framework for the development of small business and private entrepreneurship in agriculture in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The main purpose of the study is to assess the legal conditions created for small business entities operating in the agricultural sector, support measures provided by the state, and their impact on economic development. The article examines the decrees and resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, state programs, and regulatory legal acts aimed at the development of small business and private entrepreneurship as the main sources. These documents pay special attention to issues such as liberalization of entrepreneurial activity, simplification of registration procedures, provision of tax and financial incentives, and expansion of preferential lending mechanisms. These measures serve to create a favorable business environment for the activities of small business entities. During the study, the production volume, share of employment, and place of small business in agriculture in the economy were analyzed based on official statistical data. The results show that small businesses play an important role in providing employment, increasing incomes, and increasing food production in rural areas. In particular, dehkan farms and small enterprises provide the bulk of agricultural production. At the same time, the article also highlights some of the problems that hinder the development of small businesses, including limited access to financial resources, and shortcomings in the infrastructure and logistics system. At the end of the study, practical conclusions and proposals are made for the further development of small businesses in agriculture.
This article analyzes the problems of improving entrepreneurial skills among the population and ways to address them. Factors hindering the development of entrepreneurship, such as lack of education, limited financial resources, incorrect assessment of market demand, legal barriers, and lack of innovative ideas, are discussed. As solutions, the article proposes the development of entrepreneurial education, improvement of financial support systems, training in market analysis, simplification of legal regulations, and the implementation of innovations. These measures contribute to enhancing the entrepreneurial environment and stimulating economic growth.
While female entrepreneurship has grown to be a significant force behind social and economic advancement, research on the subject is still dispersed, making it difficult to pinpoint the elements that lead to women's entrepreneurial success. This study synthesizes previous research in this topic by conducting a systematic literature review in accordance with PRISMA 2020 principles. Major academic databases were used to find pertinent studies, which were then filtered following predetermined standards.The results show that a mix of contextual, relational, and individual factors affect the success of female entrepreneurs. Key influences include one's own ability, networks and social support, and external factors including institutional context and financial access. The review also emphasizes how sustainability-oriented activities are becoming more important but are still not well understood. All things considered, this study offers a comprehensive viewpoint on female business success and points out important areas for further investigation.

This article analyzes the results of a study on the development of rural tourism and the factors influencing it. At the same time, the opinions expressed by a number of scientists were studied, and the possibilities of creating a strategy for the development of tourism in the mahalla were examined. As a result of the study, the state of rural tourism in Uzbekistan, the attitude of the population and local leaders to its development, as well as 5 main factors were identified. The definition of these factors made it possible to understand the necessary conditions for running a tourism business in villages and expanding the range of tourism services. The features that should be taken into account by the hokim assistant in supporting the tourism business as an important area of entrepreneurship in the mahalla are described.

.In the context of digitalization of the economy, small businesses are increasingly turning to artificial intelligence technologies to improve the efficiency of customer service and optimize business processes. One of the most promising areas is the introduction of intelligent chatbots that can automatically process customer requests, provide advice and support the user at the stage of making a purchase decision. This paper examines the process of designing and implementing a chatbot with elements of natural language processing designed to interact with small business clients. The development stages are described, including domain analysis, formalization of user scenarios, construction of the system architecture, selection of technologies, prototype implementation, and user testing. The results of the pilot implementation showed a high degree of relevance of responses, ease of interaction and the potential for integrating such a solution into the existing business environment. The data obtained confirm the feasibility of using intelligent chatbots in small businesses as a tool for automating primary consulting with limited resources.
This article examines the practical role of mahalla institutions in promoting employment, evaluates the effectiveness of existing organizational and institutional mechanisms, and substantiates the need for their improvement. The survey conducted at the mahalla level reveals that employment remains insufficiently prioritized among the main areas of mahalla activity, and current initiatives lack systematization. Within the study, an integrated institutional–organizational mechanism was developed to strengthen the functions of mahalla institutions across diagnostics, vocational training, support for self-employment initiatives, mobilization of financial resources, and monitoring. The proposed mechanism is aimed at enhancing the institutional capacity of mahalla governance in employment promotion, supporting household-based entrepreneurship, and revitalizing local labor markets.
This article comprehensively covers issues related to improving the financing process for small and medium-sized businesses through bank loans. The research analyzes the role of commercial banks in lending to small and medium-sized businesses, existing problems, and advanced approaches to addressing them. Furthermore, the current state of financing mechanisms for small businesses in the banking system of Uzbekistan is studied, and directions for their modernization are justified based on foreign experience. The article puts forward practical proposals for improving bank credit policy, increasing the efficiency of credit resources, and implementing new mechanisms for financial support of business entities.
This article examines the efficiency of small business in the service sector of Uzbekistan and its role in ensuring sustainable economic growth. The study highlights the key determinants of development, including government support, infrastructure quality, access to financial resources, and workforce skills. Particular attention is given to the introduction of innovations and digital technologies, which contribute to the optimization of business processes, cost reduction, and market expansion. The analysis shows that despite the positive results achieved, the sector still faces several challenges such as limited access to finance, high competition, and administrative barriers. At the same time, government initiatives aimed at reducing bureaucratic procedures, providing tax incentives, and stimulating the export of services create favorable conditions for further development. It is concluded that small businesses in the service sector have significant potential to expand their contribution to the economy, especially through export development and integration into international markets. The implementation of comprehensive measures will enhance the competitiveness of small enterprises and ensure further diversification of Uzbekistan’s economy.

In particular, it emphasizes the importance of such factors as strengthening and stabilizing the legislative framework, providing reliable guarantees of investors’ property rights, combating corruption, and reducing administrative barriers. It also examines issues related to offering tax and customs benefits, deepening public-private partnership (PPP) and privatization processes, modernizing transport and energy infrastructure, training qualified personnel, pursuing digital transformation, and expanding international trade cooperation. It is noted that comprehensive and consistent measures in these areas constitute one of the key prerequisites for enhancing the business environment in Uzbekistan, increasing trust among both foreign and local investors, as well as ensuring economic growth and the welfare of the population.
