The factors influencing the increase in export potential and its role in the national economy of the country, practical and theoretical aspects of increasing export efficiency are considered. The article studies theoretical approaches related to the development of the export system in the economy.
This article identifies the problems and potential opportunities for analyzing small businesses and private entrepreneurship. At the same time, ways to expand and increase the export potential of small businesses in the economic sector were proposed, based on establishing export and innovation processes on a mutually compatible basis.
The article tried to highlight the reasons and new aspects of the increased importance of improving the system of supporting the positive impact of export and import on economic growth in our country. The characteristics and tasks of using its effective tools and methods are described based on learning the experiences of the world practice of effective foreign economic activity and the modern trends of the mechanism of promoting export and import through taxes. In the socio-economic development prospects of the Republic of Uzbekistan until 2030, directions for supporting the positive effect of effective export on economic growth are justified.
From 2021 to 2024, the government allocated financial resources ranging from 330 billion to 560 billion UZS to support exporting enterprises. As a result of financial assistance aimed at increasing export potential, local products worth 14 billion USD were delivered to foreign markets. The article evaluates the impact of government-provided financial support on the export potential of enterprises operating in the Republic of Uzbekistan and analyzes the efficiency of the allocated funds.

In this article, the methods and directions of increasing export capacity in enterprises for the development of enterprises, the importance and necessity of applying innovative marketing strategies in increasing export capacity are shown in the examples. The problems related to the topic were identified and conclusions and suggestions were made in the appropriate way for them.
The export of services plays a crucial role in enhancing the export potential of Central Asian countries and diversifying their export portfolios. This article presents an econometric analysis of the key factors influencing service exports, utilizing statistical data from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan from 2000 to 2021. The analysis employs various methodologies, including fixed effects, random effects, GLS, and fixed effects with Driscoll-Kraay standard errors. The findings reveal that UNCTAD's ICT index and the category "Private Sector," along with GDP per capita, significantly contribute to the growth of services exports in Central Asian countries. On the other hand, population size negatively affects the volume of services exported by the countries analyzed. Based on the results obtained, recommendations were developed to boost traditional and modern services exports from Central Asian countries.
This article highlights the possibilities of expanding the legal consultation of this process for the development of the walnut business in the Republic. Uzbekistan is one of the leading countries with economic potential and opportunities among Asian countries. Special attention is being paid to modernization and diversification of the country's economy, increasing the export potential of the agricultural sector, and taking a worthy and solid place in the world market. Walnut cultivation, development of the sector on the basis of modern technologies, walnut varieties capable of producing products that meet the requirements of the world market, introduction of economical and digital agro-technologies will ensure improvement of product quality and increase of labor productivity in the network.
The article discusses free economic zones, which are considered the main factor in the socio-economic development of the country, their attractiveness and the organization of new high-tech industries, more active involvement of regions in the development of the production of competitive and export products. The focus on modern industrial products, production, and mechanical engineering have been studied as favorable conditions for the consistent development of free economic zones as the most important factor in expanding the attraction of foreign direct investment to ensure the rapid development of communications, road transport, social infrastructure and logistics services. In addition, the article analyzes such issues as the creation, especially of small businesses and private entrepreneurship, increasing export potential, strengthening diversification policies, the sustainability of the regional economy and the current situation in our country.
The article considers the current state of small and medium-sized businesses (SMB) in Kazakhstan on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of state measures to support entrepreneurship in Kazakhstan, identifies the main barriers that hinder its growth and development. Special attention is paid to the problems of lending, taxation and access to information resources. The author considers effective strategies implemented by the government of Kazakhstan within the framework of national programmes and initiatives, and assesses their effectiveness on the basis of available empirical data. International experience is also analysed to identify the most successful incentive mechanisms. The paper offers specific recommendations for improving the institutional environment and developing a comprehensive system of support for priority areas of SME development. The importance of creating favourable conditions for innovation and increasing the export potential of enterprises is discussed. The final part is devoted to strategic planning at the state level to achieve sustainable socio-economic development.
В данной статье проанализированы возможности повышения экспортного потенциала Узбекистана через экономическую интеграцию с государствами Центральной Азии. Основное внимание уделено таким направлениям, как развитие регионального сотрудничества, торговой инфраструктуры, гармонизация технических регламентов и стандартов, оптимизация пограничных и таможенных процедур. Также в статье предложены перспективные меры по повышению конкурентоспособности продукции Узбекистана на рынках Центральной Азии.

This article analyzes the role of the IT sector in enhancing the competitiveness of the national economy under the conditions of globalization. Digital transformation is considered a key factor in economic modernization, export potential growth, and human capital development. The article examines current trends in the global IT market and highlights efforts to develop digital infrastructure in the Republic of Uzbekistan, particularly through the example of the Tashkent IT Park. Statistical data on the structure of ICT services, export volumes, and employment levels are presented. The importance of government support, investment in education, and the training of IT specialists is emphasized. In conclusion, strategic directions are proposed for developing a “knowledge economy” and integrating the IT sector into the global digital space. This article has been prepared within the framework of the scientific research project titled “Study of the prospects and challenges of liberalizing trade in services between Russia and Uzbekistan, as well as the development of recommendations for increasing its volume and mechanisms for achieving this goal”.

Agriculture is one of the main sectors of the economic potential of Uzbekistan, playing an important role in ensuring food security and increasing the export potential of the republic. However, environmental and economic problems are hindering the further development of this sector. In recent years, certain work has been carried out to reform the agricultural sector of our country, in particular, to improve the system of state administration in the sector, to widely introduce market relations, to strengthen the legal framework for relations between entities that grow, process and sell agricultural products, to attract investments to the sector, to introduce resource-saving technologies, and to provide agricultural producers with modern equipment.
The article analyzes the economic foundations of Uzbekistan's integration into the international trading system, in particular, the policy of participation in the World Trade Organization. The study reveals the impact of trade agreements on exports, investments and competitiveness. The importance of inclusiveness, institutional coordination and stakeholder participation in the formation of trade policy based on international and regional experience is highlighted. The empirical analysis is carried out using a panel regression model based on data for Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan for 2000–2024. The results show that WTO membership increases GDP by an average of 17%. It is also found that WTO membership improves the investment climate, increases export diversification and accelerates institutional reforms. According to the forecast analysis, by 2030, Uzbekistan's GDP could reach 245 billion US dollars under WTO membership. The article also focuses on the potential social and cross-sectoral risks of trade liberalization and provides practical recommendations for a balanced trade policy.

This article examines the efficiency of small business in the service sector of Uzbekistan and its role in ensuring sustainable economic growth. The study highlights the key determinants of development, including government support, infrastructure quality, access to financial resources, and workforce skills. Particular attention is given to the introduction of innovations and digital technologies, which contribute to the optimization of business processes, cost reduction, and market expansion. The analysis shows that despite the positive results achieved, the sector still faces several challenges such as limited access to finance, high competition, and administrative barriers. At the same time, government initiatives aimed at reducing bureaucratic procedures, providing tax incentives, and stimulating the export of services create favorable conditions for further development. It is concluded that small businesses in the service sector have significant potential to expand their contribution to the economy, especially through export development and integration into international markets. The implementation of comprehensive measures will enhance the competitiveness of small enterprises and ensure further diversification of Uzbekistan’s economy.
