This article provides a theoretical and conceptual analysis of the interrelationship between the digital labor market emerging under the conditions of the platform economy and human capital. The study examines the institutional characteristics of labor relations organized through digital platforms, the mechanisms of algorithmic management, as well as new forms of utilizing human capital. The author interprets the digital labor market as an independent economic institution fundamentally different from traditional labor relations and substantiates the process of labor fragmentation within the segments of cloud work, crowd work, and gig work. The article demonstrates the transformation of human capital in the digital economy from a classical factor of production into a resource that generates data and increases platform value.

This article explores the characteristics of flexible employment among different generational groups in the labor market, the functioning of labor relations, and the scientific-theoretical distinctions in labor value. It evaluates the changes in the share of each age group within the total population and the proportion of people above working age in the labor force structure of Uzbekistan from 1991 to 2024. The article highlights issues of population employment in flexible and efficient forms of labor within an innovation-driven economy based on advanced information and technological developments, its impact on the sectoral structure of employment, and challenges related to workforce turnover. The study also investigates the employment status of the working-age population and the factors influencing the growth of employment in innovative entrepreneurial activities.

Since ensuring employment manifests itself as a socio-economic phenomenon, based on the experience of foreign economists, scientific and methodological descriptions are given of the elimination of situations related to the satisfaction of personal and social needs that do not contradict legal documents.

Due to its efforts since 2017 to liberalize foreign trade, enhance diplomatic relations, and attract foreign investment, the Republic of Uzbekistan has become an active participant in the global economy. Notably, there has been significant growth in cooperation with economically developed partners such as the European Union and the Federal Republic of Germany in the areas of trade, investment, and social development. This article analyzes the foreign economic relations between the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Federal Republic of Germany, as well as the level of trade and economic integration between the two countries. The study explores existing opportunities for deepening bilateral cooperation. In addition, the article provides detailed information on new initiatives and projects, and discusses the potential outcomes that could be achieved in the future.

This article examines a number of problems of ensuring the employment of new personnel in the professions they occupy in the conditions of the formation of a modern market economy in our country. It should also be noted that among the problems awaiting solution are problems associated with the effective use of the potential of intellectual and labor resources. Suggestions and opinions were expressed regarding the need to provide employment to personnel in a new, modern way by solving these problems, as well as the need to effectively improve social protection and relations in the labor market.

The article analyzes the ambiguity of scientists' views on the concept of property, type of property and form of ownership. The author focuses on the problem of mixing the legal and economic aspects of property, manifested in the identification of the concepts of diversity of forms of ownership and diversity of the economy. Within the framework of property issues, the author notes the methodological aspects of agrarian relations - relations about land, which is the universal subject of labor and the original source of all wealth.

Special economic zones in Uzbekistan, as an institution of a market economy, occupy a special place in terms of their significant contribution to the development of regions. Currently, special economic zones (SEZs) are considered a priority area for attracting foreign and domestic investments. In this regard, assessing the effectiveness of special zones in the region and sectors of the economy and improving labor relations in them is an important research area.

This article is devoted to the fact that as a result of the consistent implementation of economic reforms in the country, changes are occurring in all sectors of the economy, including in the sphere of material production, and the place and role of agriculture, which is an important component of the sphere of material production, is becoming increasingly important in the occurrence of these changes. In particular, it is emphasized that it is an objective necessity to pay attention to the problems of providing the sector with personnel in the conditions of multi-structured agriculture in the context of the further development of market relations in Uzbekistan.
