DIGITAL LABOR MARKET AND HUMAN CAPITAL

This article provides a theoretical and conceptual analysis of the interrelationship between the digital labor market emerging under the conditions of the platform economy and human capital. The study examines the institutional characteristics of labor relations organized through digital platforms, the mechanisms of algorithmic management, as well as new forms of utilizing human capital. The author interprets the digital labor market as an independent economic institution fundamentally different from traditional labor relations and substantiates the process of labor fragmentation within the segments of cloud work, crowd work, and gig work. The article demonstrates the transformation of human capital in the digital economy from a classical factor of production into a resource that generates data and increases platform value.

TRENDS IN FLEXIBLE EMPLOYMENT AND LABOR VALUE AMONG GENERATIONAL REPRESENTATIVES IN THE LABOR MARKET

This article explores the characteristics of flexible employment among different generational groups in the labor market, the functioning of labor relations, and the scientific-theoretical distinctions in labor value. It evaluates the changes in the share of each age group within the total population and the proportion of people above working age in the labor force structure of Uzbekistan from 1991 to 2024. The article highlights issues of population employment in flexible and efficient forms of labor within an innovation-driven economy based on advanced information and technological developments, its impact on the sectoral structure of employment, and challenges related to workforce turnover. The study also investigates the employment status of the working-age population and the factors influencing the growth of employment in innovative entrepreneurial activities.

CURRENT STATE AND PROSPECTS OF BILATERAL RELATIONS BETWEEN THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN AND THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF GERMANY

Due to its efforts since 2017 to liberalize foreign trade, enhance diplomatic relations, and attract foreign investment, the Republic of Uzbekistan has become an active participant in the global economy. Notably, there has been significant growth in cooperation with economically developed partners such as the European Union and the Federal Republic of Germany in the areas of trade, investment, and social development. This article analyzes the foreign economic relations between the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Federal Republic of Germany, as well as the level of trade and economic integration between the two countries. The study explores existing opportunities for deepening bilateral cooperation. In addition, the article provides detailed information on new initiatives and projects, and discusses the potential outcomes that could be achieved in the future.
