This article analyzes the modern problems of the management system in organizations and the factors of their formation based on a systematic approach. The organizational, economic, socio-psychological, technological and strategic problems arising in the context of globalization, digital transformation and the intensification of the competitive environment are considered in their interrelation with the structural subsystems of the management system. As a result of the study, optimization of the management structure, improvement of management processes, development of human resources potential and introduction of digital technologies are justified as important areas of improving the management system.
This article is devoted to the role of management accounting in the analysis of the company's activities, it examines the analysis of management in a market economy. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the role of management analysis in the development of an enterprise, which is considered one of the modern types of economic analysis, previously considered indivisible. Also, in the discussion and results section of the article, the issues of applying the BSS methodology (Balanced Scorecard Systems), one of the methods of management analysis at domestic enterprises, studied the KPI system (Key Performance Indicator) of this technique, its advantages and disadvantages are presented. At the end of the study, author's proposals were formulated based on the results of this study.

The article examines how WTO accession influenced the development of project management systems in Central Asian countries. Its relevance lies in the need to align trade-related reforms with project environment modernization amid Uzbekistan’s accession process. The methodology combines qualitative comparative analysis, case study, and content analysis of OECD, WTO, IMF, and World Bank materials. The findings show that in Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Kazakhstan WTO membership stimulated customs digitalization, single-window mechanisms, e-procurement, and greater regulatory transparency. The scientific and practical contribution of the study lies in developing recommendations for Uzbekistan on linking WTO-related reforms with project management modernization, digital monitoring, compliance procedures, and integrated project implementation control.

The article examines international experience in the formation and functioning of mass appraisal systems using the examples of selected countries. The selected countries include the United States and Sweden, where mass appraisal systems have been successfully operating for several decades, as well as Lithuania and Slovenia, where mass appraisal systems were introduced relatively recently, at the beginning of the 21st century. A comparative analysis and generalization of the main aspects of mass appraisal systems in the selected countries are conducted. In particular, the article addresses legislative regulation of mass appraisal, management of the mass appraisal process (in terms of the distribution of functions and powers among key stakeholders), consideration and analysis of input data related to the economic and physical-technical characteristics of real estate objects, as well as the application of valuation approaches and methods in the appraisal of specific types of real estate.

This article is devoted to improving the methodology for applying artificial intelligence (AI) systems in order to achieve sustainable economic growth in the conditions of Uzbekistan. The main goal of the research is to develop effective mechanisms for integrating AI technologies into national economic sectors (for example, agriculture, industry or services). The article analyzes existing foreign and domestic experiences and identifies institutional, technical and personnel problems in the implementation of AI. As a main result, an improved methodology for implementing AI-based decision-making systems in economic planning is proposed. This methodology is based on the principles of AI security, transparency and economic efficiency. Digital technologies are gradually becoming part of healthcare management and service delivery in Uzbekistan. In recent years, primary healthcare institutions have started using digital medical systems intended to simplify patient registration, improve access to medical information, and reduce paperwork. Despite these expectations, the implementation process has not always been smooth at the operational level. Healthcare workers often face technical, organizational, and administrative difficulties while using digital systems in daily practice. This paper examines the major challenges affecting digital transformation in primary healthcare institutions in Uzbekistan through a qualitative approach. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with healthcare personnel working in primary healthcare settings. The findings show that unstable internet connection, system failures, excessive workload, incomplete system functions, and weak organizational support continue to affect the effectiveness of digital healthcare services. At the same time, participants acknowledged several positive aspects of the system, including online access to medical certificates and laboratory results. The study suggests that digital healthcare implementation cannot be understood only as a technological process. Organizational conditions, staff workload, management practices, and patient readiness also influence implementation outcomes. The findings provide practical insights for improving digital healthcare implementation in Uzbekistan.

The findings contribute to the development of practical recommendations aimed at modernizing tourism infrastructure, increasing international tourist inflows, improving regional infrastructure efficiency, and ensuring sustainable economic growth.
