This paper presents an autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) model to estimate the impact of secondary stock market capitalization, number of trades in the secondary stock market, and secondary stock market turnover on the stock market index. At the same time, based on econometric analysis, long-term and short-term connections between changes in the market turnover of secondary securities and the stock market index are described.

The sustainable development of the national financial market is closely linked to the modern mechanisms of corporate capital formation and the efficiency of the securities market. This study provides a detailed analysis of the integration processes between corporate finance instruments and the capital market infrastructure, and scientifically highlights the impact of the securities market on investment processes. During the research, system analysis, comparative economic analysis, economic-statistical methods, and analysis of the regulatory and legal framework were employed. The results showed that the interaction between corporate finance and the securities market can optimize capital value, expand the investment opportunities of enterprises, and contribute to the sustainable growth of the national economy. Such measures ensure the transparency and competitiveness of the financial system and contribute to its improvement in line with international standards.

This article is devoted to the role of management accounting in the analysis of the company's activities, it examines the analysis of management in a market economy. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the role of management analysis in the development of an enterprise, which is considered one of the modern types of economic analysis, previously considered indivisible. Also, in the discussion and results section of the article, the issues of applying the BSS methodology (Balanced Scorecard Systems), one of the methods of management analysis at domestic enterprises, studied the KPI system (Key Performance Indicator) of this technique, its advantages and disadvantages are presented. At the end of the study, author's proposals were formulated based on the results of this study.

The article examines at the regional level such indicators as population size, in particular, growth rates and the share of the economically active population, employment and unemployment levels, changes in the ratio of urban and rural populations, as sources of formation of the labor market. An analysis of regional similarities and differences in the dynamics of these indicators has been carried out. Based on the analysis of the trend in the share of the region's population in the country's population, it is assumed that this social process is an important factor in the economic process associated with the formation of labor resources and optimization of the labor market. In recent years, changes in the ratio of urban and rural populations have been assessed as a factor causing regional differences in the relative rates of the economically active population. It was revealed that the sources of formation of the labor market create a trend of change in the same time periods. It is explained that the jump points of unemployment levels in the regions are connected with the strong fluctuations in the growth picture of the economically active population. This is also based on the fact that the growth rate of the unemployment rate is not collinear with the growth rate of the economically active population.

This article is devoted to the analysis of the state of the modern insurance market of Uzbekistan, which is characterized by the growth of the volume of operations, emergence of new directions of insurance activity, aggravation of competition and strengthening of the role of insurance regulator to the situation in the market. It considers the results of the insurance market for the last 4 years, including its main financial indicators and changes in the composition of the main market participants, the policy pursued by the government aimed at raising the insurance market to a new qualitative level and new prospects of development in the conditions of sustainable economic growth of the country.

This article examines the state of the movement of commodity and material resources in the commodity market of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2015–2024, the dynamics of macroeconomic indicators and the composition of foreign trade using comparative and statistical analysis methods. The main objective of the study is to assess structural changes in the commodity market, identify existing problems related to logistics and import dependence, and develop scientifically based recommendations for the development of the sector. The results of the analysis show that during the period under study, the country's GDP increased by 72.6%, and foreign trade turnover by 177%. In addition, the volume of digital trade increased by an average annual rate of 40.2%, becoming the most promising segment of the commodity market. At the same time, systemic problems such as the high share of raw materials in the export structure, high logistics costs, and economic disparity between regions (a 6.3-fold difference between the city of Tashkent and Karakalpakstan) remained. The research findings developed practical proposals aimed at improving import substitution policies, developing logistics infrastructure, and reducing regional inequality.

Uzbekistan has a rich potential for the development of gastronomic tourism, due to its unique cuisine, historical and cultural heritage, as well as a favorable climate. Gastronomic tourism in Uzbekistan is at the stage of development, but shows positive growth dynamics. The share of income from gastronomic tourism in the total GDP of Uzbekistan is about 2%. The problems hindering the development of gastronomic tourism include a lack of infrastructure, a shortage of qualified personnel, and limited information for foreign tourists. It has been revealed that gastronomic tourism can become one of the leading directions of the tourism industry in Uzbekistan, subject to state support and competent management. For the development of gastronomic tourism, it is necessary to develop tourist infrastructure; improve the skills of personnel; actively promote the gastronomic potential of Uzbekistan on the international market; develop new gastronomic routes; preserve and popularize traditional recipes and cooking technologies.

The situation in the real estate market for the first half of 2022 was analyzed by the Center for Economic Research and Reforms. The volume of sales on the real estate market in Uzbekistan increased by 6%. According to the results of the analysis, 126,000 real estate sales contracts were signed in Uzbekistan in the first half of 2022, which is 6% more than in the same period of 2021 (119,000). Therefore, improving the management of real estate objects on the basis of digital technologies is one of today's priority tasks. This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the theoretical, methodological, and institutional aspects of implementing a mass property valuation system in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The study substantiates the limitations of traditional cadastral valuation methods in an economy based on market mechanisms and reveals the necessity of introducing a transparent and automated mass valuation system aligned with international best practices. The paper presents a comparative analysis of individual and mass valuation approaches, highlighting their role in tax base formation and functional differences. The advantages of using GIS technologies, mathematical and statistical models, large-scale data (Big Data), and multiplicative valuation models in the mass valuation process are demonstrated. This article analyzes the innovative startup ecosystem formed in Silicon Valley, USA, based on economic and statistical approaches. The study examines the stages of startup development, venture capital dynamics, labor market changes, demographic indicators, and the evolution of technological activity in relation to the labor market, migration flows, patenting rates, and investment volumes. Statistical trends in the number of startups in Silicon Valley, the share of AI startups, newly established technology companies, venture capital distribution, and gender structure were analyzed for the period of 2020-2023. The research results indicate that economic and demographic diversification, investment opportunities, and human resource potential in Silicon Valley are of strategic importance for the sustainable growth of the ecosystem. This experience has practical significance for Uzbekistan in improving national policies and institutional mechanisms to support startups.
