The increasing digitalization of financial regulation has accelerated the adoption of Regulatory Technology (RegTech) and Supervisory Technology (SupTech). However, existing studies typically examine these technologies independently, overlooking their interconnected roles within the financial regulatory ecosystem. This study develops an integrated conceptual framework based on the synthesis of existing literature to identify the common drivers and barriers influencing RegTech and SupTech adoption. The framework highlights the interaction between commercial banks and central banks and demonstrates that technology adoption is shaped by enabling and constraining forces operating across the regulatory ecosystem. The framework provides a foundation for future empirical research and policy development
The article discusses the development of a commercial risk management concept aimed at a holistic presentation of scientific hypotheses and ideas, patterns, goals and objectives, principles and functions of management, theoretical and methodological issues related to management methods and methodology for developing risk management strategies in modern enterprises. Based on the proposed risk management concept, a conceptual model is proposed that makes it possible to philosophically and conceptually comprehend the essence of risk management based on the basic rules of modern concepts of commercial, commercial management, strategic management and risk management, clarify possible sources of commercial risks, clarify the interrelation of a complex of scientific knowledge on risk management.
This article analyzes the methodological foundations for applying Islamic financial instruments in Uzbekistan and proposes key directions for their improvement in line with international standards. A comparative evaluation of AAOIFI and IFSB guidelines, along with the experiences of leading Islamic finance markets such as Malaysia, the UAE, and Turkey, is conducted. The findings indicate that the development of Islamic finance in Uzbekistan requires enhancements in the legal framework, institutional structure, product design methodology, risk management practices, Shariah governance, and tax treatment. Addressing these methodological gaps is essential for ensuring the sustainable and effective growth of Islamic finance in the country.

This article analyzes the theoretical foundations, practical application, and differences between absorption costing and variable costing systems used in the formation of product costs at enterprises. The advantages and limitations of these systems are highlighted based on international experience and the views of foreign scientists. Practical problems and suggestions for implementing these systems at Uzbek enterprises are also presented.
The article is devoted to identifying ways to improve the management accounting methodology of companies in the energy industry of Uzbekistan to increase the efficiency of their financial management. To do this, a regression analysis of the dependence of the availability and quality of provided electricity resources in Uzbekistan on the factors identified in the literature review is carried out based on World Bank statistics for 2003-2020. As a result, key areas of management accounting for companies in the energy industry of Uzbekistan have been identified, which have the greatest positive impact on the efficiency of their financial management. Taking into account the identified areas, the author's recommendations are proposed to improve the methodology of management accounting of energy industry companies in Uzbekistan to increase the efficiency of their financial management.
