SPECIFIC ASPECTS OF ECONOMETRIC MODELING IN MODERN ECONOMY
Alibek Rajabov

This article examines the specific aspects of econometric modeling in the dynamic and complex conditions of the modern economy. The paper highlights contemporary trends such as the integration of big data, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, which play a crucial role in forecasting the impacts of inflation, unemployment, climate change, and pandemics. The methodology employs a systematic literature review, drawing on scientific articles from the Scopus, Web of Science, and ResearchGate databases over the last five years (2020-2025). The results indicate that ML-hybrid models enhance forecast accuracy (with reductions in RMSE and MAE), although the adverse effects of climate change and data uncertainty pose significant challenges. The conclusions and recommendations propose increasing the robustness of models in policy formulation, strengthening interdisciplinary collaboration, and implementing ethical standards, thereby contributing to sustainable development and economic recovery.

ANALYSIS AND PREDICTION OF THE USE OF DIGITAL MARKETING TACTICS IN THE BANKING SECTOR USING ECONOMETRIC MODELS
Bobur Xonturayev

The study paper provides a detailed examination of how digital marketing methods affect the economic efficiency of commercial banks, specifically within the changing environment of the banking sector. The study examines the relationship between higher digital marketing spending, increased investment in staff development, and their impact on the net income of banks using 18 years of financial data from ATIB "Mortgage Bank" in Uzbekistan. The study uses advanced statistical analysis to create Vector Autoregressive (VAR) and Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) models to predict and assess the impact of marketing initiatives in the banking industry. The results highlight a strong correlation between increased digital marketing initiatives, greater staff commitment, and higher financial success of commercial banks. The VAR and ARDL econometric equations, generated from time series data, offer a strong foundation for comprehending the dynamic relationship between marketing tactics and economic results in the banking sector. This research adds to the overall discussion on the effectiveness of digital marketing, providing significant data for financial institutions looking to improve their economic efficiency by strategically investing in marketing and human resources.

DIRECTIONS FOR DEVELOPING NATIONAL ACCOUNTING SYSTEMS IN ACCORDANCE WITH INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS: IFRS, CAS OR AAOIFI
Baxtiyor Qlichev
This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the directions for developing the national accounting system based on international standards. In particular, a comparative study is conducted on the theoretical foundations, application features, and impact of IFRS, CAS, and AAOIFI on national accounting practices. The study systematizes scholarly perspectives on the adoption of international standards from economic, institutional, and geo-economic viewpoints.

Furthermore, the paper demonstrates that the current accounting system of Uzbekistan represents a hybrid model combining elements of different international frameworks. It is argued that the transition to international standards should not be viewed as a one-dimensional reform but rather as a complex transformation incorporating economic, strategic, and social factors. Based on this approach, the study develops theoretical and practical recommendations aimed at improving the national accounting system, including alignment with key trading partners, strengthening regional integration, and incorporating Islamic finance principles.

A NEW THEORETICAL CONSTRUCTION OF VOCATIONAL INTERESTS IN THE CHINESE CULTURAL CONTEXT: THE WBCI SIX-DIMENSIONAL HIERARCHICAL MODEL
Biao Wang

Vocational interest theory has long been dominated by Holland’s RIASEC model. Although its simplicity, interpretability, and practical usefulness remain influential, its broad-band categories are increasingly unable to capture finer-grained differences in contemporary occupational structures and non-Western cultural contexts. This article proposes the WBCI six-dimensional hierarchical model, composed of six first-order dimensions and twelve second-order factors, to reflect the Chinese cultural context and occupational ecology. The model highlights functionally important distinctions that are often compressed in traditional classifications, such as influential interaction versus supportive interaction, technical construction versus normative execution, and business expansion versus transactional allocation. This purely conceptual article systematically clarifies the theoretical gaps addressed by WBCI, its construct boundaries, its comparative relationship with existing models, and its future validation path. WBCI provides a theoretically clearer, more culturally embedded, and more operational framework for vocational assessment, career counseling, major selection, and occupational matching.

ECONOMIC MECHANISMS OF WATER QUOTA ALLOCATION IN GLOBAL PRACTICE
Boris Gojenko

The paper examines economic mechanisms of water quota allocation under conditions of increasing water scarcity. Water quota allocation is considered as a key instrument for water distribution, closely linked to tariff regulation, water markets, and water rights. The study explores fixed, adaptive, seasonal, and market-based quota models. A comparative analysis of practices in Australia, Spain, and Chile is conducted, alongside an assessment of challenges related to the allocation of water withdrawal limits in Central Asia. The study concludes that the most sustainable approaches are hybrid models combining state regulation of environmentally acceptable quotas with economic mechanisms for their efficient redistribution among water users.
