. Today, the tourism industry as a global phenomenon is rapidly developing both in economically developed countries and in countries on the path of development. The development of this sphere takes place simultaneously with the development of society, that is, the desires and needs of people are determined in advance. This article discusses theoretical approaches to the innovative development of this field.

The article examines the theoretical foundations and evolution of the innovation process under accelerated technological development and the emergence of the seventh technological paradigm. The shift from linear to systemic multi-level models is shown to be driven by industrial development and growing global industrial integration. Special attention is paid to institutional and infrastructural mechanisms and to the supranational mega-mechanism shaping countries’ integration into global innovation chains. The importance of effective innovation mechanisms for states undergoing industrial-innovation transformation is substantiated.

Today, the shrinking volume of economic resources and the globalization of the international economy further increase the relevance of the introduction of an innovative economy in ensuring sustainable economic growth in the country. This article analyses the theoretical and practical foundations of introducing advanced foreign experiences in the process of human capital development in Uzbekistan. Global reforms, internal problems of Uzbekistan and state policy on their solution are analysed. Factors affecting human capital are divided into groups on education, health, labour market, innovation and institutional development, and are illustrated with quotes. The methodology describes the methods for calculating the Human Capital Index (HCI) and Human Development Index (HDI), international and national databases. The results and analysis section compares Uzbekistan’s HCI and HDI indicators with those of foreign countries. The discussion section provides ways to adapt foreign experiences to the conditions of Uzbekistan.

The situation in the real estate market for the first half of 2022 was analyzed by the Center for Economic Research and Reforms. The volume of sales on the real estate market in Uzbekistan increased by 6%. According to the results of the analysis, 126,000 real estate sales contracts were signed in Uzbekistan in the first half of 2022, which is 6% more than in the same period of 2021 (119,000). Therefore, improving the management of real estate objects on the basis of digital technologies is one of today's priority tasks.
