The article discusses the theoretical foundations of state regulation of the activities of business entities. The work analyzes the opinions and views of leading representatives of economic schools on the role of the state in the economy, the goals and objectives of regulating economic activity. Based on the characteristics of business companies, the article gives the author’s definition of the concept of state regulation of business companies. Based on the results of the study, conclusions and proposals were developed to improve the mechanisms of state regulation of the activities of business entities.

This article examines the role of the state in a market economy, using the Republic of Uzbekistan as a case study. It analyzes the nature of state participation in the economy during ongoing market reforms and structural transformation. The study is based on comparative, structural, and statistical analysis of macroeconomic indicators. It is shown to what extent state regulation and investment policy contribute to industrial development and influence the structure of industrial production in Uzbekistan.
The scientific article analyzes the current state and issues of regulation of digital assets and cryptocurrencies in the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States. Based on a comparative analysis, it was determined that the CIS countries mainly use approaches to apply existing legislative norms or form independent legal frameworks, and also identified countries that are leaders in this area. A conclusion is made about the need to exchange experience and strengthen cooperation in the field of regulation of digital asset turnover in the CIS countries.
This research explores the state regulation of foreign direct investment in Uzbekistan, emphasizing its regional characteristics and the interplay between national and local policies. This article examines the issues of improving the system of communication service provision to the population from institutional and economic perspectives. The study provides a theoretical substantiation of governance mechanisms, regulatory instruments, and factors determining the efficiency of the communication services market. Within the framework of the empirical analysis, official statistical data are employed to explore the relationships between service coverage, intensity of use, and regional economic indicators. The findings demonstrate that the sustainable development of the communication services system is directly dependent on the effectiveness of the institutional environment. The article proposes a model of institutional improvement aimed at aligning state regulatory policy, investment balance, and competitive market conditions. The results of the study provide a foundation for the development of scientifically grounded practical solutions focused on advancing communication services and enhancing sectoral governance efficiency.

The article systematizes theoretical approaches to the concept of digital transformation of banking services, conducts a comparative analysis based on international experience, analyzes the dynamics of cyber threats and their target objects within the banking system of Uzbekistan, and develops proposals aimed at strengthening cybersecurity. The research findings have practical significance for the development of state regulation mechanisms and sustainable development strategies in the banking sector.

This article examines contemporary trends in the design of multifunctional residential complexes, reflecting changes in urban environment requirements and social needs. The historical stages of the evolution of multifunctional residential complexes are analyzed, from ancient civilizations to modern concepts of sustainable development. Special attention is given to key aspects such as flexibility and adaptability of spaces, environmental sustainability, integration of high technologies, as well as social and community integration. The article also highlights additional trends such as polycentricity, autonomy, regulation of boundaries, intensification of courtyard spaces, and the concept of openness and transparency. It is concluded that modern multifunctional residential complexes aim to create a sustainable, comfortable urban environment capable of adapting to changes and meeting the needs of the population.

This study examines the impact of the new securities income payment order, implemented in June 2024, on the liquidity of Uzbekistan’s securities market. By analyzing stock market activity data from the first half of 2024 and August 2024, the research evaluates the current market conditions and forecasts potential changes under the new regulatory framework. The paper focuses on key aspects of the new order, such as centralized payments through the Central Securities Depository and the involvement of investment intermediaries. The findings suggest that the new order may enhance liquidity by speeding up payments and reducing operational risks. However, there may be temporary operational delays during the initial phase, which could negatively impact market activity. The study also reviews existing research on the effects of regulatory changes on liquidity in both developed and emerging markets. Unlike previous research, this study emphasizes short-term changes following the introduction of the new order and considers the unique characteristics of Uzbekistan’s market. Practical recommendations are provided to optimize the payment system and further improve market liquidity.
