This article explores the characteristics of flexible employment among different generational groups in the labor market, the functioning of labor relations, and the scientific-theoretical distinctions in labor value. It evaluates the changes in the share of each age group within the total population and the proportion of people above working age in the labor force structure of Uzbekistan from 1991 to 2024. The article highlights issues of population employment in flexible and efficient forms of labor within an innovation-driven economy based on advanced information and technological developments, its impact on the sectoral structure of employment, and challenges related to workforce turnover. The study also investigates the employment status of the working-age population and the factors influencing the growth of employment in innovative entrepreneurial activities.
The scientific article scientifically substantiates some of the problems that arise in the process of implementing the information system, the technology for implementing electricity metering and control in Uzbekenergo, the traditional structure of ICT, the formation of a digital economy, the structural structure of future ICT units and the implementation and operation of corporate information systems, a number of shortcomings in the organization of these systems, as well as the principles of the entire world community in this area for the successful implementation of the digitalization program.
This article analyzes the innovative startup ecosystem formed in Silicon Valley, USA, based on economic and statistical approaches. The study examines the stages of startup development, venture capital dynamics, labor market changes, demographic indicators, and the evolution of technological activity in relation to the labor market, migration flows, patenting rates, and investment volumes. Statistical trends in the number of startups in Silicon Valley, the share of AI startups, newly established technology companies, venture capital distribution, and gender structure were analyzed for the period of 2020-2023. The research results indicate that economic and demographic diversification, investment opportunities, and human resource potential in Silicon Valley are of strategic importance for the sustainable growth of the ecosystem. This experience has practical significance for Uzbekistan in improving national policies and institutional mechanisms to support startups.

The article explores the impact of digital transformation on traditional marketing, including its role, structure, and tools, and focuses on the technologies used in the process by studying the technologies for the implementation of the e-commerce system in enterprises. A comparative analysis of the annual revenues of the world's largest e-commerce companies reveals their economic impact, and also shows the innovative practices that the technological advances of these companies have led to their success. The study also explores the important role of digital technology in e-commerce from a broad strategic perspective. In addition, information was provided on companies engaged in large e-commerce activities in Uzbekistan, and the development and application of e-commerce technologies in the region was presented. The article examines the regional differentiation of factors influencing the development of trade services, and the internal connection of development trends with regional characteristics. Also, when forming a system of trend indicators, regional indicators should have the same sign as general indicators. It is based on the fact that priority factors can be assessed on the basis that signs of trends make it possible to study socio-economic, technical and technological patterns of development. The state of regional development of trade services was analyzed in certain dynamics by comparing indicators of territorial integrity and territory structure. The study identifies problems hindering the sustainable development of industry, including technological obsolescence, inefficient use of resources, insufficient production efficiency, and low innovation activity. This article analyzes the modern problems of the management system in organizations and the factors of their formation based on a systematic approach. The organizational, economic, socio-psychological, technological and strategic problems arising in the context of globalization, digital transformation and the intensification of the competitive environment are considered in their interrelation with the structural subsystems of the management system. As a result of the study, optimization of the management structure, improvement of management processes, development of human resources potential and introduction of digital technologies are justified as important areas of improving the management system.
This article highlights the theoretical and practical aspects of regional economic development based on the efficient use of investments. The dynamics of gross regional product and the volume of assimilated investments in fixed capital across the regions of the republic are analyzed. Furthermore, the technological structure of investments in fixed capital has been studied as an indicator of investment efficiency, and a comparative analysis with foreigncountries has been carried out. In addition, proposals have been developed for promoting regional economic development based on the effective utilization of investments.
