This article provides a scientific and theoretical analysis of the concept, classification, and stages of historical formation of special economic zones (SEZs). The definitions proposed by international organizations (UNCTAD, World Bank) and leading researchers have been studied in comparison. The experience of SEZs in countries such as China, India, the Philippines, Ireland, and Bangladesh was reviewed. The legislative framework, institutional development, and current state of SEZs in Uzbekistan are analyzed. Based on the research results, recommendations have been developed to improve SEZ policy.

The article provides an overview of the procedures for assessing the activities of tax authorities, the main objectives of the assessment, scientists who conducted research in this area, and their views, indicators by which the effectiveness of tax authorities is assessed, their content, the effectiveness of tax authorities in foreign countries and the Republic of Uzbekistan and their current state.

The article considers the methodological approach to the study of the theoretical foundations of financial processes in the logistics corporate structures of the economic system. As logistics processes are increasingly integrated into the strategic corporate structures of the foreign trade balance, financial mechanisms are becoming increasingly important in shaping the sustainability, investment activity and operational efficiency of this industry. The study assesses the importance of financial theory - capital structure, risk management and value maximization - in the logistics industry. An understanding of corporate finance, supply chain theory and dynamics at the microeconomic level is given.

For example, from Earth to Universe has a variety of tourism. Because tourism is the best option to relax and escape everyday problems for people. Thus in today’s age most travelers top option has become visiting suburbs and engaging in rural tourism activities. Because I think so people are already get bored from big shopping malls, dining restaurants, urban cities, famous monuments, buildings. Noise pollution bothers them at all. They need peaceful life, tranquil places, fresh air, more oxygen. Rural tourism is the complex of all these activities. In this article I will highlight some positive effects and opportunities together with it’s some drawbacks.

In this article, the indicators of the growth of the populationʼs demand for meat products, especially meat products, and the processes of production of substitute goods to ensure the stability of the price of meat products are analyzed. Also, as substitutes for the demand for meat and meat products, the need to pay special attention to increasing the volume of fish and poultry meat production and the issues of intensive production of meat for these products in an efficient way compared to others will be researched.

This article analyses the relationship between sustainable tourism and gourmet experiences in Uzbekistan, focusing specifically on organic food and sustainability. The essay examines the advantages and challenges of integrating different organic methods into Uzbekistan's gourmet tourism. It delves into how implementing sustainable practices may enhance local restaurants, save cultural and national meals, and advance environmental safety. This research aims to provide insights into the future of sustainable culinary tourism in Uzbekistan by analyzing literature, case studies, and present practices. The local and international cuisines in Uzbekistan are contrasted in terms of their organic qualities and their ability to attract tourists.

In the article, the Kashkadarya and Surkhandarya regions of the southern region of the Republic of Uzbekistan are studied as a factor of attraction of natural raw materials-investments, investment attraction, investment opportunities are analyzed and relevant conclusions are presented. Organization of innovative production with effective use of natural, land, water, and labor resources in the regions, diversification of investments in specialized industries and balanced development of it based on mutual cooperation requires an adapted approach to strategic planning. In this research, several aspects that can affect the quality of the personnel training system in the field of tourism are studied. Based on empirical evidence and theoretical foundations, the article provides insights and recommendations on opportunities and strategies to optimize and modernize training systems to improve employee performance and organizational success in the tourism industry.
