IMPROVING THE MECHANISM FOR PROVIDING INNOVATIVE EMPLOYMENT TO THE POPULATION

This article examines the issues of improving mechanisms for promoting innovative employment in Uzbekistan from a scientific and analytical perspective. The study provides a comprehensive analysis of technopark ecosystems, digital jobs, startup support programs, and public-private partnership mechanisms. A comparative study was conducted with international experience (South Korea, Finland, Kazakhstan). Based on three complex tables, an empirical analysis was conducted and systematic recommendations were developed
