Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the problems and prospects for the 
development of MICE tourism infrastructure (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) in the Republic of Uzbekistan, with a focus on the introduction of modern digital technologies. Thestudy identifies key barriers, including the uneven development of digital infrastructure, a shortage of specialized facilities, a lack of qualified personnel, and the low level of digitalization ofbusiness 
processes. Promising solutions are proposed, such as the creation of a National MICE Platform, 
the development of regional digital hubs, and the implementation of artificial intelligence, VR/AR, 
and blockchain technologies. The article substantiates that digitalization can significantly increase 
the country’s competitiveness in the business tourism market.
