Abstract

This article analyzes the legal and institutional framework for introducing sukuk 
instruments in Uzbekistan and their significance in financing tourism infrastructure. It also 
provides a scientific justification of the investment potential, fiscal advantages, and practical 
implementation mechanisms of sukuk in the development of green tourism, transport-logistics, and pilgrimage tourism based on international experience.
